Hello all,

I am having MAJOR problems with my site. First it was throwing errors for redirecting errors in the header then I thought to see if a previous version would fix the problems, so I loaded a back-up to check. That didn’t work so I went back to the current version I was working on and NOW I am unable to get to the dashboard.

When I type in ‘wp-admin’ it goes to a blank screen. I’ve checked the database (that’s correct), I’ve tried to define the site_url and home in both config.php and functions.php (No Good).

The site is still up, but I can’t get inside to make any edits.

I discovered the problem when I attempted to change the blog tagline and it sent me to the errors.

I’ve renamed the plugins I thought were the problem as well, but still nothing. I’ve also changed my wp_debug = true just in case. After that I tried logging ini via wp-login.php screen (worked) but got a blank screen after inputting creds.

I renamed the plugins folder removing ALL plugins and was able to enter the dashboard. I only loaded the core plugins I knew were working before anything went wrong, and after going to the permalinks and clicked update- I get sent to a blank screen.

I am trying to log into my WordPress account but when I go to the login page I get these two codes

I was looking in my WooCommerce logs for something else, but noted a LOT of “fatal error” entries in pluggable.php with EM noted like this (with the bits removed that hae my db name, etc):

I can view events…so not sure if this is causing any issues. I came across it when I was trying to track down the source of some db connection errors that seem to frequently pop up recently on my site. Any conern about this?

I have a problem with this plugin, that seems to be messing with my system. I can’t log into my account anymore, receiving only this:

So thinking it might be the pluggable.php file, I went and replaced it with the file from my wordpress download (shouldn’t be messed up).

Does anyone have any thoughts? I host 3 websites on the account, one is down completely, the others still accessible to view, but not pretty.

I really don’t have more ideas.

Since the last update I get error message that wp_mail is already in use by pluggable.php at line 182
But this seems to be a core element of WP, so how to solve this?

Hi,
Ive been browsing for a while attempting to solve this problem but to no avail. I have come across a few threads on this forums but (and sorry to call you out) Tim, you seem a bit eager to close the support threads on it.

But basically, we have pinpointed the plugin which is the source of the issue. It is a plugin for a company called Pargo https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pargo/ upon inspection, I see they have this line of code, I did a gripping search and I found that there is no mention of wp_mail in the plugin, nor are there any functions which could have conflicting internal names. What I did find though is they have the following line of code

require_once ABSPATH . '/wp-includes/pluggable.php';

To me, this seems like the issue, as wp_mail is declared inside pluggable.php. I am trying to figure out why its a problem, is your guys plugin making use of pluggable.php the same way and maybe its causing conflict? I will be monitoring the thread if you guys have any suggestions.

Hi,
I just updated to v4.04 and when trying to reach the WP-admin of my website (WP network site) I received a pluggable.php error. Initial errors included socialsnap listings, but removing the socialsnap plugin did not solve the issue.

I then removed the WP Cloudflare Super Cache plugin (the last I updated before the error) and pluggable issue was gone. I put back socialsnap and no further issues.

The issue with pluggable.php is therefore related to WP Cloudflare Super Cache.
