Closed Captions (Subtitles) Not working . srt or .vtt , Bonus Bugs found – READ

Hi,

Closed caption subtitles don’t work in the pro version, tried .srt files, .vtt files, i made them manually, and they work everywhere except with this plugin.

Also, another question, if this plugin supports only MP4, it means it supports only .srt files, but, is even written that supports .vtt, so it means it supports Webn video files, is it correct?.

Anyway, i found even some bugs and some problems with this plugin PRO VERSION –

1) The download function, will download the video file only if is not specified a quality, or there are no captions (subtitles), or even a thumbnail, if there are, it will download a .htm file, that it connects to the website, and to that specific page to watch the video. So, if the owner deletes that page, you can’t watch the video anymore, also, you need an internet connection to watch it…

Useless function…

2) Captions not working at all, tried .VTT .SRT , everything. Also, if you don’t specify a “quality” the “Closed Caption CC” button won’t appear, so, you need to specify a quality of video, Which, if you write anything more than 2, will give default results of 720/480 , even if your video quality isn’t that one, and the video is the same… , and, since you specify quality video, the download option becomes useless..

3) If you use the classic editor plugin, this plugin doesn’t work at all, so, you need to stick to gutenberg blocks to work (and is an hassle)

4) No VAST ADS , no popups and crap for monetization, can’t find any option.

I found out even more problems after 1 hour of using this plugin, will gladly share here if i have an answer, thanks.

I have installed your plugin on two pages .. On one web page it works perfectly. But on the other web page .. the basket is only shown in “appearance” where I can set and design it. BUT when I go out on the front, it does not show.

Can you help me ?

Hello all,

First time using WordPress and while it’s great so far, I’m trying to add plugins to my page and keep getting this consistent error.

Installation failed: 500 – Internal server error. Server Error 500 – Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Plugin does not always work. Shows up as a blank square. Did not want to renew subscription as a result but unfortunately they charged my cc as I did not know I had to cancel. Cancelled the same day automatic renewal was processed and they would not reverse after I complained. Would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

The Back End Buttons Ignore Me

I’ve been losing some functionality little by little over the last week or two, unable to add media, unable to add tags, etc. Then I got messages upon login that cookies weren’t enabled, which they were. I was able to add text to the visual editor and save it, but no media, no pictures, no tags, anything that is an open field that I can save as a draft works, but other buttons and functionality are unresponsive.

I’ve tried disabling all the plugins and reactivating them one by one, which gave me temporary functionality, but then went back to how it was before. I updated all the plugins I could safely. I’m running WP 4.9.12 and currently have no way to upgrade or migrate, I really just want to be able to continue adding content. I believe it’s running Javascript, but I’m not sure. Has anyone had any experience with this loss of functionality? Any suggestions, I do not have either PHP experience or the file to run diagnostics or debug. Sorry, I know this is probably a familiar problem and running the de-bug file is likely the best course of action, but I’m no programmer, I’m just a guy adding content to a blog. Thank you in advance, I appreciate you if you read this far.

Plugin Conflict

Hi!

From last update of plugin, I have a issue with plugin in homepage. When I activate plugin, rotating words from photowall not work anymore. If I disable plugin, rotating words from photowall work like charm.

I think is a issue with plugin and I don’t want to delete plugin, cause I love it.
Can you give me a solution?

(rotating words in photowall are bold words like “momenete.” and others which don’t appear”)
