Their tech support is terrible. There’s been no action on a couple of simple questions I submitted several days ago. I also checked some other requests (you can make them public), and didn’t see any activity on other recent ones.
What’s worse, this developer seems to have engaged in false advertising when it comes to their chart subsystem. For example, their scatter plot claims it can support multiple series on one chart — the icon you click to create a scatter chart shows just such a case — but there doesn’t appear to be any way to create such a chart. Sure, you can include multiple series (e.g., one series of X values and two series of Y values)…but the plugin appears to just randomly pick two of them and build a chart from those two. You don’t get to tell it which series to use where.
In fact, it looks like “their” charting subsystem is simply a wrapper around various charting APIs (e.g., Google Charts, Highcharts). While those APIs offer a LOT of customization, little of that capability is exposed through the plugin’s API. Which sort of defeats the purpose of having access to those APIs.
]]>Overall, this approach shows a disappointing lack of customer support and product quality. I would strongly advise against purchasing this plugin in its current state.
]]>after expiring of my license – and, of course, not extending cause the missing answers – additional i’ve lost the right to download my paid version again: the website do not offer the button anymore.
also i’ve got no answer to my emails to the team regarding this for weeks, so lost the paid plugin for ever…
the functions of the system are not bad, but having trouble with it, users are lost. poor!
]]>Had issues with the account connection and thought it was a license issue. Since we couldn’t reach support, we upgraded thinking it would solve the problem because we had dev/stg sites and it turns out we did not need to. They won’t refund the upgrade cost or provide a credit for the cost. Now we are stuck on a higher cost plan or issuing a chargeback or losing the upgrade cost. Ridiculous!
This is all due to a support issue they created by not connecting the paid account correctly and providing clear instructions on what was causing the issue. The upgrade path needs to be very clear and Elementor fails horrendously. Would not recommend Elementor at this point. Get Beaver Builder, Divi or use the WP Block Editor.
Just do a search for “Elementor support nightmare” and you’ll find a load of unhappy customers. Sad really…
]]>The only way I was able to get around this was to limit user roles from accessing pages using another plugin.
Support was unhelpful, slow and left my problem completely unresolved. Will not be subscribing the following year.
Do not buy, very broken.
