Hello,
First of all, thank you for making Login Lockdown available to the community.
However, the plugin is currently causing me a problem. As part of a troubleshooting process, I temporarily deactivated and then reactivated all plugins, including Login Lockdown (v2.11). However, Login Lockdown, which is now active again, now pops up a kind of popup with the text “Thank you for installing the Login Lockdown plugin! Please open Settings – Login Lockdown to enhance your site security.” on every page that I call up in the backend or even just reload! Previously, the popup only appeared when reactivating the plugin on the plugin page, but now it pops up constantly everywhere in the backend, which is a bit annoying. I’ve already tried deactivating Login Lockdown again and then reactivating it, but the error persists. How can I please curb this hyperactivity?

Unable to change shipping method – When paying by Paypal

Hi,

I get this error every time I choose to pay with Paypal on my site. When the popup appears to populate my personal details and card details, a red banner appears at the top of the Paypal popup which says: Unable to change shipping method. Please try again.

The only way I can avoid this from happening is by ticking “Require final confirmation on checkout” in the Paypal settings in Woocommerce. But this means the customer doesn’t experience a seamless fast checkout.

I only have one shipping method set up in my Woocommerce and this value is being passed to Paypal, because I can confirm the total price on the popup is displayed correctly.

What is causing this, and is there a way to get around it without having to check the ‘Require final confirmation’ setting?

no sound when receiving orders – and not able to close popup

The popup appears when orders come in, but there is no sound playing.

Also – it is not possible to close the popup window.

How can I fix these issues?

Swipebox and jQuery 3.5.x

Hi there

Swipebox stopped working in several instances of WordPress regardless of the installed plugin.

Due to an incompatibility with jQuery 3.x.x Swipebox may not work anymore, seems the project is silent for years now, ref: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/website-goes-blank-swipebox-overlay, https://github.com/brutaldesign/swipebox/issues/379

i checked the release notes and WordPress updates jQuery with 5.5/6/7:

Someone made a patch and forked swipebox (3 years ago):

also a more maintained (last commit 2 years ago) fork does exist:
https://github.com/One-com/shinybox

when i replace the file /wp-plugins/responsive-lightbox/assets/swipebox/jquery.swipebox.min.js with that patched version it starts back working.

Please consider to update that file.

Just go to the homepage listed & click “Free Quote”, after you do that the popup should activate. As you can see, it won’t close — can someone tell me how I can fix this?

I am having an issue I cant figure out. When my popup opens, and begin to scroll (on mobile iPhone) the popup jumps above the screen.
