I come to you with reverence regarding your breath-taking expertise in order to seek your help in debugging my WordPress site which is unaccessible likely due to a DDoS attack since (July 10th 2023).

I tried troubleshooting (Disabling plugin, themes, requesting prior Lightsail snapshot from AWS premium support team etc…) it for weeks in SSH instance without success.

It looks like LightSail snapshots gets deleted after 7 days so I can’t access and reinstate the snapshot before my website was corrupted (which I believe would be an easier fix than debugging)

I stand at the launchpad waiting for your genuine response.

When you scroll down on https://aledetale.pl/portfolio/ and click on Page 2 there is 404 error.

Could you help with that?

Editing Portfolio Tiles / Cards

Hi, I’ve been handed the task of inserting preview descriptions into each of the portfolio cards. Goal is to have a limited number of characters of the full description that you would see if clicking on the portfolio card.

The site administrator reached out to portfolio software provider but their answer missed the mark. Their fix would only show the description if the card is hovered. See below.

Support:
You can do that by using the “Tiles Carousel Portfolios” element and turn the “Insert portfolio meta” option on from the left-hand side panel on the layout tab. In this case, when you hover over the picture you will see the overview description.

If there is a way that I can do this with customer Javascript that would be fine, but I would still need to grab the data.

Uploading images in Portfolio – NOT WORKING

Hello!

I will start with the fact that I have checked multiple forums and help sites, explored all the options and the issue still persists. I do not get a notification of ant kind, so I do not even know where the problem lies.

I cannot upload any images to my Portfolio items. I can browse my drive and choose a picture, but it is not being uploaded at all. I did not have this problem before and nothing helps. Before, images uploaded themselves regardless of format and size. My PHP version is up to date.

What I have already tried that did not work:

– wp-config.php/ changing the max file size, same with .htaccess;
– changing file permissions to 755 as per instructions;
– changing allowed image size in WordPress cockpit;
– changing image names, sizes, formats;
– updated, disabled, enabled plugins;
– cleared my browser cache;

If anyone knows what might be happening then please let me know as I am frozen with my work at the company.

Porfolio and project image

Hi, I am very new at this, still working on the free version of the site till i make sure it fits what i need before buying it.
so my problem is with the Project image or in general the Featured image, i like to see them on the post preview but not on the post itself (either a blog post or a project post inside the Portfolio)
how can i remove this image from the project/blog?

We have virtue theme (premium) installed and were looking to see if there is a possibility to add in support for wpgraphql project that is providing graphql support for WP. I have followed some of the base instructions, and can see the polfolio, portfolios and portfolioBy, but they seem to missing things like “Portfolio Type” and “Portfolio Tags”.

Would it be difficult to add this in, as it seems the wpgraphql plugin seems to be pulling the schema and data together once the cross connects are added – I played around adding in lines to lib/post-type.php around line 38.

I guess I missed some of the extra bits further down for portfolio-type and portfolio-tag.

Any assistance would be most welcome.

After configuration of the basic gallery I can see circle buttons with icon inside it, but I need to configure buttons with the styles like in portfolio gallery page. Only one small color modification. Where to specify this set of the buttons of the gallery ?
