amend auto-generated portfolio-category layout

Hello,

I’m happy with my portfolio general layout (3 columns of squares)
I did add in sub-menu, direct links to category 1 2 and 3
Layout of this auto-generated page is full widht.

I want to change auto-generated page layout to 3 columns
How can I do this ?

In my portfolio layout, there are three options:
1.Default With Slider
2.Case Study or
3.Gallery
I have been using the ‘Case Study’ for some years now, since the latest update (5.7.2), it is still available, but does not work, the sites are just blank, with text though but no images, so I had to turn on the “Default With Slider”.
Does anyone know about this?
My theme is “Quantum”

Hello, I have searched and searched and can not for the life of me find a working solution.
My client does not want a ‘standard’ Grid layout for their Portfolio. What they want is a simple layout of:
1. Hero image from portfolio.
2. 2 smaller portfolio items.

i.e.

Please, if someone can suggest how I can implement this OR if you know of a PlugIn that will assist me (most ONLY allow for 2 columns).

Portfolio Layouts not working with non-english posts

Hello,
It seems there is an issue when using a post-based portfolio-layout with a different language. I am using WPML for website translation (Hebrew version). When using the portfolio-layout shortcode on my page – nothing shows up on the front end.

Is there any solution or a workaround?

Hi,
I like my home page (portfolio page) just like it is – at https://www.zemonteiro.com. However, I would also like it’s menu links to refer to similar portfolio pages, containing only a specific project type. Instead, it changes to another layout -which I do not like.

So, in short, I would love to get another portfolio page just like the first and main one, but only with one project type.

I know it’s possible but I don’t know how, can you help me?

Portfolio images overlapping

Hi,
I need help figuring out how do I correct this problem:
When I open my website, the portfolio’s images start overlapping and thus hiding some projects. When not overlapping, they take weird spacing. The layout becomes faulty.
The same error occurs when I open any project type.
Has anyone resolved this issue?

Portfolio Layout disappear after rename from list screen

I renamed portfolio layouts in the portfolio layouts list screen via Quick Edit. After renaming the portfolio layouts they disappear from the list. They are still in de DB and working on the front-end but not accessible anymore from the backend?

How do I make a new page template in a theme?

A tricky one.
I want to replace an open cart with a bespoke page. I believe it’s known as a “magazine layout” with images in neat columns with text and links underneath, which take you to specific posts.
The customer already has a special template that someone has made for them. I found a template in the editor “Recipes Page Template (tmp-recipes.php”

Is it possible to create a new template e.g. products.php?

Or is there a simple way I can create this type of page?
Then manually link it to the products by hand. I have basic wordpress knowledge and css but not php.
