Blogs Don’t Display

Firstly, I am 100% brand new to WP so forgive any ignorance on my part. I am feeling my way very slowly through building a community website and one of the first plugins i’ve used is ProfileGrid as I need a community hub.

I have created a new user, and made this person a contributor (I don’t know if this is right but it sounded more appropriate than a subscriber) and was able to join a group and create a blog post. I can see the post but when I click on it I get an Oops! That page can’t be found error. It’s the same error I get when I created a post as admin. Nothing I have created as a blog has yet been displayed, always the error page.

I am assuming that this is not usual and is simply fixed but my current lack of experience has left me struggling so grateful for any help I can get.

posts under some categories not displaying on blog page

When I use the travelify them, there is a problem where posts under some categories (including Uncategorized) are not displaying on blog page. But these posts are displaying properly if one follow the category list on the side. Currently only 4 categories are displayed on the blog page. But if I change the theme to another one, the problem is gone.

Sorry the website is in Chinese. The blog page link is https://www.air286.com/blog. Posts under “test category” are not displaying here. But if I click the linke test category (1) on the left side, i.e., https://www.air286.com/archives/category/test-category, the post is displayed correctly.

Would someone help on this matter? Thanks.

Post not displaying on home page and blog post not displaying

This is a new website. I am not designer. It was working fine but as of yesterday a section called past work will not display on home page and blog posts are not displaying.

The désigner is suggesting that it is our host package.

Any advice please?

I just added a new post to my blog, but none of the content in the middle is showing up – just the two side panels. It showed up correctly when I was previewing, but once posted, that’s all I got. Now it won’t even preview correctly, but it does show up right on draft.
I sure would appreciate any help with this because I have no clue and didn’t do anything differently than I’d done before. All the other posts seem to be displaying right.

post not showing content

hi – i have not changed anything in my site template files and all of a sudden when i create a post, the content does not show. The tile and meta show. It is odd because some posts show everything. The posts that don’t show also do not have the wordpress grey bar at the top while i am logged in, yet i go to another post and there is the bar! I have gone through and disabled plugins to check and still no luck! Any ideas???

Posts not showing

Hi,

I am running a WordPress site with Optimize Press and I am having a problem with some posts displaying and some others not.

The posts look exactly the same on the dashboard listing (category, tags etc.)

Here is a post that is not displaying in the list

I’m stumped so any help is much appreciated!

Post body not showing

I run a self-hosted WordPress blog. One of the posts has becoming very popular with a certain group, who use it as a forum and it has about 2,900 comments.
Recently, not too long after migrating the website to a dedicated server from a VPS, the body of this post began to not show up.

All the data seems to be there and when the post is copied to a new URL it shows up. I can only assume it is a problem with a comment, or it has reached some WordPress configuration limit.
After playing around with it now, the title also seems to have disappeared.
Pretty stuck!
Any help would be appreciated.

Updated Blog Post But Not Showing The Updated Post In Categories

Hello, Recently I edited a blog post that contained adsense at the top. I removed the adsense from that post and updated it. The problem is that in the category of this post the adsense is still appearing and I cant figure out why that is? If I edited a post and removed something… Shouldn’t that post be updated in the category as well? The homepage everything is displaying properly. But when I click on the category of the post the adsense is still showing up at the top of the post. I hope someone can help me.

In order to get proper paging I put the following in my index.php:

The problem is that when I try to view each post I get “Sorry, but no posts matched your criteria”

I think the categories are getting screwed up. The posts display fine in the admin viewer.

Please help?
