They don’t even go to the homepage despite the format is like this:
https://asescoin.es/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=track&action=click&data=WyIyIiwiNjljOTJkIiwiNyIsIjA3MTE1ZGQxYTc3OSIsZmFsc2Vd
I had the Partial tracking activated so I had to disable it (backing to Basic) but I cannot track anything like I do in the other website (where it is working normally with the same config).
Any help to fix it?
Thanks
]]>We’ve been hard at work addressing recent challenges within MailPoet, particularly around email sending and the status updates of newsletters and post notifications. Our goal with this update is to clear up any confusion, inform you of the progress we’ve made, and guide you through the next steps.
What happened:
We identified several bugs in our sending mechanism. Some users have experienced their newsletters appearing not to send and becoming stuck. The bugs we were able to identify appeared after the emails had been sent and affected the updating process. That means that in the user interface, it says that for example 380 of 400 emails had been sent, while actually all 400 emails had been sent out.
What you need to know and do
If you are currently experiencing issues and you haven’t updated to our latest version (4.43.0), we encourage you to do so. The latest update should ensure that future newsletters are sending out without problems.
The latest version has not yet fully resolved the issue of incorrect status indications for older newsletters. As a result, the reported number of emails sent may still incorrectly suggest that the newsletters are stuck. We are currently working on a fix, which will represent accurately the state of those old newsletters.
So, if you haven’t updated yet to our latest version, please do so, this should ensure smooth sending for your next post notifications and newsletters.
We encourage you to continue using MailPoet for your newsletters and observe the improvements firsthand. We understand rebuilding trust takes time. Your patience and constructive feedback have been invaluable throughout this process. We’re committed to learning from this experience and making MailPoet stronger and more reliable. Please continue to share your experiences, concerns, and any questions here. Your insights are crucial for our continuous improvement and help us serve you better.
A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated community. We’re optimistic about MailPoet’s path forward and are here to ensure a smoother, more reliable service.
Warm regards,
The MailPoet Team
Can Mailpoet send post notifications where there is a new product added to WooCommerce?
WooCommerce does have a Post RSS feed, so I was wondering if there is any feature in MailPoet to detect these new Posts/Products and include them in Post Notifications.
]]>Furthermore, you can read here the recent site health report which may help you to find errors
Your assistance would be very much appreciated.
Thanks & best regards.
