How do I remove the entire Powered by WordPress. . . . . section at the bottom of this theme?

Hi. Common question, I’m sure, judging by the results of a general search. However, regarding the Twenty Twenty theme, I haven’t found much.

I would like to keep the Copyright info at the bottom of the page, but delete just the “Powered by WordPress” text. I don’t want to edit any core files that might be overwritten with an update, but am looking for the best way to do this.

Any help appreciate. Thanks.

Please, can anyone help me out with this? I’m using the child theme of Pixgraphy, but so far all ways I found to remove ” Designed by: Theme Freesia | Powered by: WordPress” will be overwritten once I update the theme to a new version.

The main problem I’m facing is to overwrite from my child theme the following from the functions.php file in the parent theme:

require get_template_directory() . ‘/inc/footer-details.php’;

This part from the footer I need to modify is in a folder called “inc” within the parent theme (footer-details.php).

In case it helps, the URL is: picturesofireland.eu

Any help will be much appreciated.

First of all, this is an amazing plugin!

I couldn’t find this question answered in the support forum. Sorry if it’s already been addressed. Is there a way to remove the alt tag on the login logo? Currently it reads “Powered by WordPress” when you hover over the logo.

Hi, I cant seem to find out how to remove powered by WordPress from the home page of my website: www.shediqa.com It only shows up on the HOME page when my website is viewed from a mobile device.From a computer it is fine. SO I would like to know how to hide the text that pops up all the way at the bottom on my mobile device. I am not using JetPack Mobile Theme.
