We have an integration with Acumatica ERP to our woocommerce site. The integration only allows us to sync 1 woocommerce customer to our Acumatica customer record. Some of our Acumatica customers have multiple users/purchasers. We are researching the best way to handle this. I’m curous what the best mode to use would be.
Basically some customers have 2 logins, some will have up to 5 or 6 for one company. Because we can only sync 1 wp_userID (woo customer) to Acumatica, what would the best mode be? Ideally, any of the users could login and in the my acccount page see orders placed by anyone ‘attached’ to the same ‘company’. It would seem like the ‘multi-user’ mode would be best because we don’t need a heirarchy of users. We just need a single synced entity to Acumatica, that allows multiple users on woocommerce. So if user A,B, or C places an order, it syncs to the 1 customer record in Acumatica. On woocommerce side, user A, B, or C can view the orders placed by eachother.
Also, if Multi-User is the correct mode to use, can we as admin organize and assign the users to a single account? We already have users registered/using the system. I don’t want users to modify anything – it will all be managed by Admin.
Thanks for any guidance on these questions. I hope I made it clear what we need.

Could you let me know which license I need to achieve these requirements and whether all of these features are supported?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I have tested the permalink setting on plain, numeric and finally setting back to post name option. Yet the situation remain the same. Please, is there anything I needed to do, but have not done?
I will appreciate any assistance.
