I use Premium Shipping, and offer different shipping rules depending on price / weight etc.

BUT, how can set a rule so that any country ‘other’ than the UK selected, results in a message to the user asking them to ‘Contact us for a shipping estimate‘.

In the ZIP Code rule field, we would like to place multiple ZIP Code like: Z1C and G5F and K1H. Not by range.

At some point late last night, with no warning, and having done nothing to my site or Store/Paypal settings, suddenly WPEC stopped sending shipping charges to Paypal. The Premium Shipping plugin still calculates the charges accurately, and they’re displayed during checkout, but they aren’t passed onto to Paypal, so customers aren’t paying shipping for their purchases.

Do you have any ideas why this is happening? I’m using Paypal Payments Standard 2.0 as the payment gateway, and all the settings appear correct and have not changed since yesterday.

This is an emergency, as customers have been buying products and not paying any shipping. Thank you so much for your help.

After upgrading to the version 1.11.8 we get this message from the Premium Shipping plug-in:

“The plugin “Premium Shipping” only works with Jigoshop 1.4 or better. Please upgrade Jigoshop to use this plug-in.”

Are there not updates for this plug-in? What happens?

My Premium Shipping took a dump and now gives free shipping for everything. I was using the table rates for brackets of 1-10, 21-40, etc.

I logged into my jigoshop.com account and saw Table Rate Shipping available activation 1/1 so I downloaded it. I’ll do the install & see what happens.

Was I supposed to receive an email when this came available?

I’m assuming that Table Rate Shipping has replace my old Premium shipping?

I’ve just upgraded to jigoshop 1.11 and now i get the message

“The plugin “Premium Shipping” only works with Jigoshop 1.4 or better. Please upgrade Jigoshop to use this plugin.”

Obviously 1.11 is better than 1.4 so not sure why i’m getting this problem.

Any idea why this is happening?

The problem I’m having is that after a customer selects their desired shipping method – the additional fees are calculated and sent to paypal, but the shipping method itself is not sent to paypal. So payment for shipping is received, but I have no idea how they want to send it. How can I make sure that shipping method info is also getting sent to paypal??
