Hello LearnPress, I installed the free version on my website to evaluate the functions. It shows an add-on for “Prerequisite Courses” as being available. However, this add-on has not been updated in 3 years and causes security warnings. Is this a deprecated or abandoned add-on? Is there a functional replacement add-on for this?
Cannot complete evaluation at this time.

Sorry if I don’t tell the exact english names of buttons and controls, because I’m using the french version of Sensei and sensei course progress.
In the admin, I set up lesson A to be prerequired before accessing lesson B.
When I test and go to lesson B, there’s a line telling me that lesson A should be done before viewing lesson B, which is fine.
But lesson B is displayed anyway!
How could I hide the lesson’s content?
Did I miss a checkbox or something in the admin?

Disable Prerequisites Based on User Role

I have several courses where doctors of chiropractic can earn continuing education credits. As it stands now, doctors must register and purchase courses in order (i.e. 101, 201, 301, etc…) The default user role “subscriber” assigned to them currently does not allow them to view lessons out of order or without first completing the prerequisite for the course.

The problem I am facing is that I have some people wanting to register and take courses out of order (i.e. start on the 501 course without taking the 401 course). They are people not interested in or not eligible for receiving continuing education credits through my governing body. I have no problem with letting these people take the course, but currently I have no way to allow them access to a single course (out of order) without manually enrolling them and completing their grade for each prerequisite first. Any help here? THANK YOU!

I have a need to have a specific number of files uploaded with a form. For example,

Please include the following uploads with your submission
Form1: Button to Upload Form1
Form2: Button to Upload Form2
Form3: Button to Upload Form3
FormXX: Button to Upload FormXX

Is it possible to require the user to upload a file to each line above before allowing the user to submit it?

‘You must complete xxxxxxxx before accessing this content’ is displayed on a clean page (no sidebars etc.). Is there any chance it could be on a default page like all the rest?

Does the prerequisite code have a bug or have I left something out of the plugin configuration?

I have two courses: Beginner Tap and Consultation. The Consultation ‘course’ is free and required for Beginner Tap. I registered for the Consultation course so that I could register for the Beginner Tap course. However, when I attempt to register for the Beginner Tap course I get the error message:
“You have to complete the prerequisites for this course”

I have a payment method selected (Paypal).

Regarding the Consultation course, Educator tells me: “You are registered for this course”

I’m working with version 1.7.

Prerequisite quiz not saving

I have a test with 3 sections. Each section is a different format, and it doesn’t seem possible to create a sectioned quiz so I am trying to set each section as a progressive test.

I am trying to set quiz 1 as a prerequisite for quiz 2 (in quiz 2 settings), and quiz 2 as a prerequisite for quiz 3 (in quiz 3 settings).

I move the quiz over to the prerequisite box and save, but the setting doesn’t change and I can access quiz 2 without having to complete quiz 1, and quiz 3 without having to complete quiz 2… there are no prerequisites.

Very confused, any help appreciated.

Membership prerequisite

Hi,
I’m setting up a membership site and I was wondering how I can setup the following using s2member

Membership Level 1 has access to product A
Membership Level 2 has access to product B
Membership Level 3 has access to product A+B

Ideally users should just purchase level 3. But some users might only want membership level 1 only and that’s fine. They can also add-on Level 2 once they are ready.

However, users MUST purchase Level 1 BEFORE they purchase level 2. Just wondering, is there any way to set this up on s2member?
