Printing two forms together on the same page using CP Blocks

Hey. So I’ve followed the instructions on this page https://cff.dwbooster.com/blog/2018/10/24/printing-form and solution number 2 using CP blocks works well.

However,
1) What do I do if I have two forms on a single page and want the print output to contain BOTH those forms in a single print/pdf output?

2) Even in times it does preserve the form’s design, it doesn’t show the slider in the form. Just the caption underneath it. And with dropdown lists, it doesn’t preserve the font set for the dropdown list selection.

Hi. I installed your plugin and it is beautiful. An issue…I have a formiddable form on a page. The plugin recognizes the page, but the form. The formiddable form is listed with a short code. What can I do to enable the plugin to recognize the form?

This is the page I’d like setup your plugin to print. I am currently using wp-print, which makes the form look awful. I tried your plugin, but it doesn’t recognize the form, just the header and footer on the page.

I’m trying to print the form contents on the following form:

I’ve tried to find the relevant target class or ID, by viewing source and inspecting the page, but have failed to crack it.

My best attemps have been:

and

I use CForms in general for contact forms, but I need to create a registration form with a ‘Print Form’ button that they can only print off and mail in. I can’t seem to find anything specific for this. Thoughts?
