Since July of 2024, our previously working integration with woo and printful was working great. Then it stopped pushing the orders we received over to Printful. Since then, after asking printful, and woo I have not found a solution to get them to work well pushing my orders over to be fulfilled and have to enter them manually.

In printful I get this error message:

Hey! Something went wrong with sync.

Last sync error: Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access
Try to refresh data. If error persists, contact customer support.

WooCommerce And Printful Tax Settings

I could not deactivate WooCommerce tax. The problem was solved by deactivating the tax setting in the Printful plugin. Once that was done, I was then able to deactivate tax in the WooCommerce setting.

I’m getting an error when I use Printful.com, a third party merch fulfillment company, to try and add new products to my store.

Failed! The request couldn't process fast enough, please increase the maximum execution time on your server. If that doesn't help, check your server error logs.

Printful Probs + Deleting Woocommerce from plugins

Hey there! I’ve been TRYING to link Printful to Woocommerce but kept getting an error message so I deleted Printful but woo won’t let me delete it. Like the option isn’t there and deactivate is greyed out. I need to change some settings and hope that deleting the plugin and reinstalling it will help…On the Printful side Here is the error message: “Could not open Woocommerce authorization page (HTTP error 404). Make sure https://snackablementalhealth.ca/wc-auth/v1/authorize is accessible.” I think it might me something to do with the emails not syncing. I’m working on this for a client but changed some email settings to my own.

Hello all,

I have been troubleshooting an API issue with Printful and WooCommerce for over 3 weeks now. I am really at my wits end here…at every turn, I am stumped or some other problem occurs. I feel as if my site has gremlins!

For reference, I have Hostinger Cloud Startup plan.

I have deactivated plugins, added plugins (including ImageMagick Engine), optimized my site, changed themes to (twenty twenty four, and a few others), restored to a prior point in time, completely started over (recently) by deleting all my files, and now I am beginnning to build it back again from scratch! I had deactivated Hostinger CDN, used the following code in htaccess (on the old site) to disable Mod security :

Nothing seems to work consistently.

Anyways, when I came over here to finally ask for help, I get the following error when I try and submit a ticket:

I go to my store, and this is how it looks (looks connected)…

So, I went to check WooCommerce API status in WordPress, and I see the API enabled doesn’t say yes or no or have a check mark…

This makes me think that the API issue is something with my setup in Woo or WordPress. I realize that I can bypass the AI tool to submit a ticket – but should the API status be enabled? The Printful API is actually a part of an app.

My store was working great and one day it just quit, and I do not remember if there was any significant changes made…Plus, I am a complete noob at this….drinking from a firehose everyday trying to learn. Error logs seem sporadic – for example, when my site was showing connected, I was getting a common reoccurring error code in logs for Printful :

I’ve read through similar topics here but I can’t seem to find an answer. Sorry if I missed something. Anyway, my shop’s products are made-to-order via Printful, so I have no quantity. The issue is I’m getting warnings on Facebook’s shop about this. I could’ve sworn this wasn’t an issue in the past but it’s been like this for maybe a year. I obviously don’t care about it too much since I don’t think I sell much on FB, but maybe that’s why. It’s still an issue. A solution is to manually go into FB and change the quantity to number like 999999 but I’d prefer not to do that one by one on every product and its variants. And just to make clear the product is created on Printful, then sent to Woocommerce, which then sends it to Facebook.

Printfil integration messes up currency conversion

Hi there

I just started my first woocommerce shop, and am excited to get going.

I am based in Denmark, but hope to primarily sell to Americans, which Is why I’d like my primary currency to be USD.

I’ve found, however, that even though my Printful settings is set to USD, Woocommerce seems to want to convert it from DKK to USD, so an item that costs $15 is converted to $100. (Just a note: In printful, a lot of the prices also seem to be converted to DKK because of their localisation, but they insist that the problem is with Woocommerce or some plugin)

The only fix I’ve been able to make is to change my woocommerce currency settings to DKK and then have them convert automatically with the multi-currency feature, but then all American customers are notified that the prices are automatically converted from DKK which isn’t ideal.

I apologize if the above sounds confusing. Hope someone can help!

Problem with Save change button

i am not anymore able to save changes in the printful plugin in woocommerce. Under the tab “settings” you can set the “size guide” name, colors, etc.. In case i push the “Save change” button nothing is working. I get an “500 error.” –> “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”
