I’m having trouble associating/connecting the user from the single user “private message” button page. When the button is clicked, it is directed only to the account page, and does not start the message with the profile user. I don’t have much knowledge of code, if you can help me as clearly as possible I would appreciate it. (For the record, I’m using the Crocoblock plugins/jetplugins to create members/posts/single users) I added these codes inside wpcode PHP Snippet.

Hi, i have masterstudy theme and plugins i recently installed buddypress, but i have an issu
When i send private message by clicking on the “send private message” bouton located on the profil page I can’t find the message afterwards in buddypress messaging, so the message tab remains at 0

how can i fix this please ?

Hello!
I just set up my Ultimate Member private messages extension to let users message each other directly to ask for prices, etc. The problem is that we need to control what happens in these chats to check that users are not hiring each other out of the platform, and check what information they’re needing so that we can start automatizing some of these questions and understand our business better.
I don’t know how we can achieve this, except for signing up as each of the users of the platform, which takes a lot of time. ?Is there a way that we also receive the messages or that we can see the messages in some of the files of the plugin?

I’ve craeted a private page (A) protected by password for which I wrote the relative message in SETTING—READING

But, if I want to create a new private page (B) protected by a new password for which I need to write a new message, how can I do and where can I write the message (because in setting–reading there is only a field occupied by the message for page (A).

Hi,
has the plugin a private message function ? after having the subscription, the user could send a message to another users. Before the subscription, the user can see the member’s details but cannot send them a private message.

Enable extensions

I have just bought the extension pass to get all extensions, but i cannot find anywhere within the plugin to enable the extensions i can only download the zip files for each one. Do i really need to upload each one manually?
All the documentation relates to configuring the extensions through the extensions element in settings but i obviously cant see that yet.

I purchased Ultimate Member and installed Private Message so that my users can contact each other and chat privately.

Except that for a few weeks now, it is no longer possible to send messages to each other. The Send button is invalid.

I haven’t touched anything yet.

Buddypress Private Message Spam

I am still having some (but much fewer) issues with private message spam through Buddypress. I have verified that CleanTalk is activated to protect from buddypress message spam in the advanced settings. Is there anything else I can do to prevent the private message spam without removing or reducing the ability for my users to send private messages?

Very pleased with the CleanTalk premium plugin overall. It has drastically reduced the number of spam issues I am dealing with.
