Do you have any solutions? I just disabled XML-RPC with Ithemes Security, hoping it will fix the issue… but I don’t think so

I wanted to move a website from one domain to another (on the same web hosting)

Even before the actual import, it reported a warning during validation. Specifically.

You can continue with the installation but some features may not be restored correctly.

I did a very similar import a few months ago that worked. The only difference is that I’m moving the site from a paid domain to a free domain, but that shouldn’t cause the import to fail at all.

I could mark a specific user role to display the posts or make a manual list that can be edited containing the authors, or specify by a post goal, such as the category or a tag, preferably.

I’ve create a profil page with the personal information of user, but i want that this information be visible to admin and invisible for other.

I was very surprised to see that the tabs on the left do not include the ones I’m familiar with, such as “users” and “plugins.” Even the “settings” tab has only one option, and it’s worthless (“sharing”).

My friend and I both assumed he had admin privilege, and that seemed logical to me since he used the wp-admin login. But it sure looks to me as though he has only author privilege. Is it possible to log in via wp-admin without admin privilege?

The site is hosted at DreamHost, uses 4.5.3, and is currently set up as a blog(which is one thing he wants to change – making it a static page site instead, since it isn’t really a blog). Not sure what theme.

since few weeks, i couldn’t add a new gallery in a post (Invalid Request error) and create a new gallery and add picture in it (Privileges errors).

I started by disable all the plugin and turn them on one by one.

Finally, the plugin not working with NextGen Gallery is WP SUPER CACHE : when i turn it on and just turn on (not activate the cache and change the setting), this 2 errors always come back (Invalid request and privilege error).

The galleries previoulsy on place are still working, but i can’t make any change in a post or add pics in gallery.

Are you aware of this problem ?
Do you think it is from your plugin or from WP Super Cache ?
