Quantity buttons doesn’t work correctly

I have a problem with product add-ons and Ocean WP.
In the above link, the situation is shown.

I have a product with product Add-ons from YITH, and it works great.
But if I chose to make it possible to choose more than one add-on to the product (in this case “Bertram stol” and “Lux stol”), and press the +-key on either of the Add-ons, the whole order is doubled. The base price of the product is taken into the quantity meassure. Which, off course, is wrong.

If I choose another Theme, the problem is gone. So, there must be something in Ocean WP, that ruins the mechanism. So, I clearly has to separate the product add-ons quantity, and the global quantity.

How can this be fixed ?

Pay Later Messaging not showing when using Product Add-ons

Hi,

Pay Later messages displays correctly on my product pages.

But when I use Woocommerce Product Add-ons on a product to add i.e a text field, the ppcp-messages div is not even loaded on the page. yet the message is shown correctly in cart and checkout.
This is very annoying as all my product use Product Add-ons.

Do you know why it is behaving like this? Thanks!

Conflict with Product Add-ons & Extra Options

I am using this plugin with Yith’s Product Add-ons & Extra Options. When I select options for the add-ons and then add the product to the quote list, the product add-ons are not carried over the list/cart page.

WordPress and the plugins are in the latest version. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks!

Dynamic product image

Hi. Selling a product as a service and am using a plugin to add custom fields to product for customer to specify (i.e. dimensions) which calculates the price. Everything is working as planned. One of the custom fields is an image upload where the customer would provide a picture of the item they want to be serviced. This works as making the file an attachment to the order but I would prefer the image be displayed/rendered for the line item on the Cart and Order Receipt. Ideally it would replace the products image but worst case it would be an additional image shown. The other custom fields are being displayed (Height, Width, Depth) but they are just text and the image filename and URL are being displayed so just want to render as image tag I guess.

Any ideas on best way to do this? Have minimum php skills.

Your plugin keeps crashing the website when upgrading

Hi,

I have V 2.5.4 installed but when I try to upgrade it to the latest version, it keeps crashing the site – critical error, so I’ve had to disable the plugin.

Could you help please as to WHY it would be doing this.

I’ve upgraded ALL plugins, and WordPress version is at its latest etc. Is your plugin compatible with latest version of WordPress?

I really need an urgent resolution for my client site.

Stopped Working

Has the plugin stopped working for some reason?

I have had the free version on a few sites for testing in the past and it worked fine. The only irritating bit was having to select simple product, price ￡0.00 and then stock = “in stock”…it would always go back to “out of stock” for some reason.

So my issue is this, I have a set up on a live site, link included, it’s pretty much the same on a test site link i have but for a different type of product (https://matthewm265.sg-host.com/product/build-your-own-pizza/) but nothing is appearing within the products options.

When I added yith to a previously created variable product it seemed to merge the two but that’s obviously not what I want.

Any help here?

I can see a lot of effort has gone into this plugin and it works perfectly for what we needed. Takes a little bit of time to get acclimated to how the conditional logic works, but if you stick with it everything clicks into place and can produce some great results!

WPC Grouped Products Not Working With Product Add Ons

We are a music company that rents band and orchestra instruments online. I create custom grouped products for all of our school customers and these include rental instruments that require a form to be filled out before items can be purchased. The Gravity Form is added using the Product Add On plugin for Gravity forms. Until just the other day, everything was working fine but now, when a customer fills out the form, the data isn’t being sent to save in Gravity Forms. I have had Element Stark check their plugin and there is nothing wrong with it. After hours of troubleshooting, we have determined the issue to be with the Grouped Products plugin because when we disable it, everything works as it should. Even when I tried the WPC Bundle Products plugin, it too worked.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a ticket into WPClever support, but they have been silent and this is a VITAL aspect to our online business and I have not found another Grouped Products plugin that looks as good as this one. I could use the built in WooCommerce Grouped Products, but I would have to rebuild every school product we have to do this…
