When setting the price for extra options, the price is calculated at the Single Product level but it’s not calculated in the Cart nor at Checkout.
The current version (Free) was updated about a week ago to Version 4.14.1. However the issue is still there.
]]>Our brief has now changed and we need the additional options to at £10 onto each quantity of product.
If I purchase the single unit from the drop down option then go to choose ‘program meter – yes’ then it adds £10 onto that meter purchase. However, the customer would like the £10 to be added to each meter…. so if we buy 10 meters, then £10 must be added 10 times… does that make sense?
Is that possible in either the free or pro plugin? Happy to purchase if it will do this. Was just using for testing purposes and work really well with the tiered pricing plugin that we are using.
Thanks
]]>I tried 10+ WooCommerce Product Addon plugins and custom fields plugins and they work fine for normal WooCommerce product but when I make it a donation product, the options disappear and don’t work for donation forms.
I can’t continue using this plugin until and unless it provides me some custom fields as it is my project requirements that are mandatory.

]]>The products are Prints and the addon I’m concerned with is Framing Options for the prints.
There are 3 framing options: A2,A3,A4. I’ve applied it to a certain product category. The addons appear fine on the frontend and the extra charge is correct.
The problem lies with the Shipping Classes. I’ve created shipping classes with a specific cost for each of the addons (A2 Class, A3 Class, A4 Class). Then I visited WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Framing Options (the addon). I’ve set the prices for each framing option again and selected the proper shipping classes for each option from a dropdown.
Then when I test that in the frontend, ordering one of the products and choosing an addon, the price is correct. But when I go to checkout, the price for shipping is wrong and corresponds to a random shipping class that was not set for said addon. This happens across almost all products that include the framing options addon.
Has anybody faced this issue before?
Thank you.

No idea what causing it and no idea why only on 5 % of the products this problem happens. If I update a specific product on which the error appears and try to order it after updating it, it still happens.
Have tried so disabled and delete some product-add on options but that didnt work either. For example this product is causing the error:
https://www.kunstinkaart.nl/product/greece-landkaart-poster/
These two product options add ons, are on every product on our site. So it’s not a problem that one of these two is causing it.
Let say out of every 30 orders, one has this error.
Customer don’t get a confirmation mail and we don’t see any information in the Woo backend. Like which style they choose or if they put text inside the text-box. Have to call the customer now to ask for it for weeks. Hopefully it can be fixed.
