I have have an issue with the rating system not working entirely for some months now.

In WooCommerce- and products settings, the ratings are enabled, and the review widget is added to the product template. However, nothing is visible on the front end. Disabling all plugins except Elementor and Woocommerce, cache clearing, theme swiching and use of different browsers didnt make a change. All product widgets dont show the review section and the shortcode: [products] displays the product data set without review. From early testing, i had some test reviews left which didnt show up either on the related product.

My child theme is fully built from scratch. It is based on Hello Elementor and the shop is still under development. The site is intended to replace another site once everything is working, including migrating the shop. Therefore, the URL is only temporary, and – im sorry – the site needs to be password-protected.

Please let me know what information you need for troubleshooting and I will deliver as soon as possible. If desired, how can i share my status report and the screenshots ?

The site is nearly up to date and i will get the recent updates next week but i wont expect a change of the behaviour because the last cuple of updates did not resolve it anyway.

My hosting provider also checked the settings but could not provide an explanation. I would appreciate any hints or advice that could help me resolve this issue.

I’d like to add to my woocommerce shop some items which can’t be currently sold but which can be voted by visitors.
therefore I’d like to understand which products would be more voted and then decide to start selling them for real.

unofortunately I couldn’t find any plug in to add to single shop item that helps me in this case.
