I have just upgraded from 2.9.x to 2.10.1 and the profile images that were previously showing are now just displaying the default grey thumbnail image.

I’ve tried to refresh the server cache & browser cache. I’ve also tried to reinstall a backup of the site and it all works fine again but when i upgrade only the UM plugin it happens again
We’re using the Paid Memberships Pro plugin alongside the Ultimate Member (UM) plugin on our website, hostelgigs.com, to manage user registrations. Our registration page is set up here: Membership Checkout.
As part of the sign-up process, we’ve added a profile image upload field. Our objective is to have the uploaded image automatically assigned as the user’s profile picture in UM when they complete registration through this Paid Memberships Pro checkout page.
Could you advise if there’s an existing method within PMPro to achieve this functionality? Alternatively, could you provide any insights or functions that might help us link the uploaded profile image from the PMPro checkout to UM’s profile image field?

]]>I am having an issue with the UM registration form: When I create a new member account, I cannot upload a photo. Whatever size I try, I get the message: Sorry, dit is geen geldige afbeelding (Sorry, this is not a valid image).
I’ve checked the settings in UM and the form, and re-saved them to be sure.
I’ve also checked all the possible causes here: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/114-photo-uploads-not-working
And made some changes (774 permissions recursively, increased memory, made sure all PHP settings were installed and active), but nothing has helped.
I then tested creating an account without an image. After login in with that account, uploading the image was no problem.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this? ]]>
Lastly, how can I change the background color of the right sidebar where the Profile Image is located? The current color is green.

]]>I am just setting up UM and a bit confused about profile images. I have setup the registration form to include the ability to upload profile image. When a user or a member views the users page the image is at the bottom of the page and not in the place holder circle at the top of the page.
I have included a link to what it looks like. Any help in getting the image in the circle at the top of the page would be appreciated.
