I have just upgraded Ultimate Member from version 2.0.42 to 2.1.15 and encountered a problem that has me stumped.
The problem is that no custom fields appear on the user profile page. The only thing that appears is the header image, profile picture and name.
I have tried creating a new profile page, but to no avail.
There are no caching plugins installed on the site.
Forms for editing profile information, logging in etc all work fine. It is just profile display forms that are having this issue.
Can anyone offer any advice as to what may be going on?
P.S. I am not the original developer of the site. The site owners weren’t keeping it up to date and that’s why there is such a big gap between UM versions.

]]>I had them working yesterday, updated UM this morning, and poof – profile pages are blank, despite the fact that I have Profile set as the User page.
Help! I have a client who needs to see the progress, and suddenly I don’t have profile pages!

]]>But, I can’t get to see profiles of other users, so I disabled friends and thinking of disabling messaging too.
I also hid the directory since other member profiles can’t be viewed.
*The thing is, when you click on another user profile, you’re taken back to your own… even though the url says it’s that of others.
Plus, on profile pages, when I add custom fields I created, they appear muddled together. Is that a css thingy?
And, custom social fields don’t function like the defaults.
I’m setting up a private site, and I’m sticking with this plugin.
Hope to hear from support… thanks.

]]>I already have public user profiles like /author/{username}
How do I redirect the Pie Register Profile pages pie-register-profile/ to /author/{username} ?
Or are there hooks to customize the profile page? I need to show all comments with a special order and stuff.
Thank you!

]]>I am looking for a way to make a wordpress site a “central” website for local partners – like a franchise.
Say we have the HQ and this “central” website, and we talk about our business on this website and news of the industry etc…
and then we have our local (regional) partners in the towns and cities…
now, what I am looking for is a way to give each of these partners his/her
-individual profile page, and only they or the admin can change anything on that
– they shall be able to post to the “central” public blog, but only after the admin (informaed by email) approves of the post, it is published
– they shall be able to access a public “central” job board to post and delete job offers (very user can add and delete to this job board)
– the admin can offer price lists or tutorials to all users or to individual users in a kind of protected content area
Do you know of a plugin which can do this?
Any hints?
THank you!
Dan
