Hello and good day.

Is there any way to export prompts?

I have a site with several templates but am decommissioning it and want to save the prompts I have created.

Is this possible?

Subscribe not working after reinstalling and moving to v1

Hello,

I used this plugin in the past, and it was working great, now I just reinstalled it, and I cannot get subscription to work properly.

Initially, I installed it with legacy. This time I was getting prompted to upload the v1 JSON file, so I went and created a new key for v1 so I could download the json file, turned on v1 and uploaded the file, entered all of the settings except the legacy firebase server key (which I deleted and apparently can’t make another one).

Intially, I got the subscribe prompt and was able to subscribe, until I switched to v1. Now, it seems that I’m not able to subscribe.

If I use the bell prompt, I just get a please wait…processing notice and nothing ever happens. And if I use the bell prompt combined with the top prompt, the top prompt just opens, I click allow and, again, the bell prompt just shows the processing message.

If I turn off custom prompt, no prompt shows at all.

For the existing key with which I subscribed, sending a test notification worked fine — but new subscriptions don’t work.

How might I fix this?

Tip: customize “custom prompt”

I wanted to suggest adding options to the configuration to customize the “custom prompts”.

For example, adding an option for a Lightbox and not just a bell icon.

I attach an image of what I mean.

Cookie Banner appears on pages with “new Elements”

The cookie banner keeps appearing multiple times whenever new elements such as a map, form, or captcha code are displayed. For instance, when I first visit the homepage, the cookie banner pops up due to the usage of Google fonts. After accepting it, if I navigate to a specific listing’s detail page that requires a captcha code, the cookie banner appears once more. What could be causing this issue?

Hi,

The webpage users are not getting subscribed. The prompts appears and I allow all of them. The notification bell displays this message “subscribe to notifications” I click on it several times and It’s not working.

missing validation error messages

Submission is being denied on string limit violation — e.g., [password* Password minlength:8 maxlength:30 password_strength:3 placeholder "Use at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 number"] but error prompts are not showing on my form under the field (or anywhere else).

Did a CF7 update introduce incompatibility? CF7 was updated to v5.6.2 a week ago, and that’s the version I’m using.
