I have Prosense Gray theme and need to place my aweber code for an Opt-in form so that the box is at the top on the middle of my homepage. I think it’s placed on the main index template but I don’t know where. Thanks.

does anyone know where we can find a Prosense theme that works? I have been downloading a couple of copies from different sources. They all failed while installing.

It says ‘The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.’

I think there’re millions of others having the same problem.

Im using 3.4.2 wordpress

I’m trying to install a Prosense theme but failed. The message I got is as follow

“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.”

Could anyone advise why so and how to rectify it. Thanks

Prosense theme – delete adsense default files

My website is using ProSense theme. Since I’m adding all the adsense code manually, can I delete all the 7 default adsense php files. Will deleting the adsense php files cause any problem to my website? If I want to delete, do I delete the whole HTML codes or just the adsense codes? Also, can I delete 4 adsense default files instead of all the 7 nos files ? Appreciate your advice

Hi all, i’m newbie in WordPress and i’ve got some problem with Prosense theme.
i put my google ads in this files :
adsense_homepage_banner
adsense_homepage_linkunit
adsense_sidebar
adsense_singlepost_bottom_banner
adsense_singlepost_bottom_square
adsense_singlepost_top_banner
adsense_singlepost_top_square

Ads in the sidebar and the square ads in the top and bottom post appear, but 468x15_4 ads not, could you help me with this ?

How to add native support for menus to Prosense theme

Hi All,

My website uses the Prosense theme, which does not natively support the new menus feature.

I would like to add native support to my theme as I prefer having a horizontal menu versus a sidebar menu. The drop down menu bar I currently have does not render well in all browsers, and I’d like to find a better solution.

I’ve come across a few articles about adding support for menus but they seem aimed at theme developers and I do not understand what I actually need to do and in which files. I have made a number of changes to my theme already, mostly via trial and error, but have very limited coding experience.

Can anyone offer some guidance?

I’ve considered changing themes altogether, to one that does offer this menu support, but I’m concerned about the potential mess my visitors will see until I have customised everything on the new theme.

Any advice much appreciated.

Disable adsense from static pages on Prosense theme

I run a few blogs – most use the Prosense theme – and I want to disable the adsense ads from my static pages whilst keeping them in the posts.

Is this possible?

How do I do it?

Unable to upload Prosense wordpress theme, Please Help!!!

I’m unable to to upload the Prosense wordpress theme. I found this theme on another site. I downloaded the theme from the site I found it on, then I extracted the files, then I dragged the Prosense folder to my WP content/theme folder using filezilla FTP, then I try to upload on wordpress but I get the following error message: Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but please help. I really would like to use this theme if I’m able too. -Matt

How to limit number of adsense units showing in custom search results

I’ve got a site that has built-in adsense units (Prosense theme) in the sidebar and at the top of the page. I use a wordpress plugin (All in one Adsense and YPN) to add another unit at the bottom of pages and posts., i.e. there are a total of three adsense units per page.

Now, I’m trying to install a google custom search box and have created a page called “search results.” Since my template has the page area and two sidebars on the right, I selected top and bottom for the ads (options are top and bottom, top and right, or right).

The problem is that when a user does a search, there are the three adsense units from my site template, plus two more from google custom search, i.e. 5 ad units showing vs. maximum three allowed per page.

I expected google to automatically block out two fo the five units with public service ads or something like that, but all five units show. I have therefore removed the custom search box for now to avoid running afoul of the regulations.

But what can I do to work around this problem? Using the plugin I can at least deactivate the ad unit inserted at the bottom, but the sidebar and top are “hard-wired” into the template…I don’t want to lose these on the other pages…

I hope someone can help.
