URGENT – CANNOT PUBLISH POST

I have no idea why. I am using Neve Theme, and recently wrote a blog post. This is my second post. I had no issues with the first post, but for this second post, when I click the “Publish” button, nothing happens.

The post simply does not get published. The webpage does not load anything when I click “PUBLISH” at the top right corner of wordpress.

Why is this so? Pls help resolve asap! thank you

Update button on the properties does not work

The problem that I have is with the last 3 properties that I created as each time I edit them and click the “update” button it does not work. Or in case I create a new one, the “publish” button does not work.

I already disable all the plugins and it still doesn’t work

I installed wp 5.0.2 and I was no longer able to publish or save posts. After installing Classic editor everything works perfectly again.

Before you tell me to not post here, just know that I have been to the theme forum and no one has been on it for a very very long time, I will never get help there so please be kind. I was in the “Customize” section in wordpress for a customers site I built and I discovered that it will not save and publish when I clicked on “Save and Publish” Does anyone know what would cause this?

I have not published in several months, but I have upgraded to the the most recent version that my admin site says is available (3.8.1). I can log into the admin site, and my role is administrator, but I can only save new posts as drafts or “submit for review”. I cannot find the capability to publish, nor can I retrieve drafts, once saved.

What happened? Publishing posts was never a problem before upgrading.

In addition, taking actions on public comments like approving or marking as spam has no affect. The comments stay in waiting for resolution status.

I click “publish” from dashboard, it says it is posted and I click to “view.” Yet when I when I went back to “all posts” in the dashboard, it shows it as a draft again. I’m so frustrated, I’ve done this many times. Yes, I have gone back and “restored” the draft I wanted, clicked “publish” but then I can’t see it on my page.

I’m working on a Mac, with Safari.

What am I doing wrong?

hi guys
i am using wordpress 3.4 and i am facing this issuses recently
now when i create a new post it autosaves contents upto some extent, after some content adding the when i hit publish button, wordpress gets hanged and page is never publishe. only last autosave is there.

Hi,

Nothing is wrong on the front end. Just in the admin section. I can’t seem to add any new posts or insert images into the post. It just leads to a 404 page everytime I click ‘Publish’.

Also tried adding a new post through QuickPress and nothing happened.

Not sure what to do!!
