Hi guys,

Can a purchase be easily confirmed directly after the quote is generated?

…and if so, can a unique policy number can be generated for each registering client with this widget?

Purchase Confirmation Not Sending

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for making this plugin, it is useful.

During testing (at least on my site) I noticed that the normal EDD purchase confirmation emails to ADMIN (not the customer) do not get sent when a user checks out using Auto Register.

My admin received the New User registration, but I would also like to receive an ADMIN purchase confirmation email.

Please is this possible?

Hello,

I’ve been testing my wp e-commerce shop and after having been faced with only one product that would lead to payment (the others would keep me on the same page), an update that resulted in a total mess up (cart would remain empty after clicking on pay), I went back to my original configuration and finally succeeded in buying a product. However, I never received a purchase confirmation even though I went into my admin and asked to resend the receipt.
Anyone has an idea?

I’m using WordPress 3.9.1 (just updated it today) and wp e-commerce version 3.8.13.3.

Remove Purchase Confirmation from the menu bar

In your screenshots, I see the following labels on the menu bar: Downloads, Purchase History, Checkout, Support (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/screenshots/).

In my page, I have Home, Checkout, Purchase Confirmation, Purchase History. How can I remove from the Purchase Confirmation from the menu bar? (it shows the Thank You message even if I’m logged out and have not made a new purchase)

I have set up the store and have hooked it up to Paypal Standard 2.0. I was informed that the customers are not receiving email confirmations after they have submitted their purchase and neither is the paypal account holder. I was told from Paypal that there is a setting in the store plugin that overrides Paypal’s email notifications.

Could someone please help me?
