hey there,

whenever users add products to their quote on my website, they are unable to view the quote on mobile. works fine on desktop, cant find a solution. Any ideas?

How do I change the options available for the quote status? Everything else seems to be in options but I can’t find this one – the current options it gives are Draft/Published, Unaccepted and Accepted. I’d like to change these options.

Hello,

I am trialing out the plugin, and it seems to be working well for replacing all products into a quote format – I have selected the option ‘Select if you wish to enable quotes for all the products.’

However when I import products with a CSV they are not quote products unless I uncheck and recheck the ‘Select if you wish to enable quotes for all the products.’ checkbox.

Do you have any idea why this is happening and is there away to make exports automatically quote products?

Quote button stays to “Adding…”

Hi, I’m having an issue on my website. Some of my customers can’t add a product to their quote. When they click on “Add to quote”, the button changes to “Adding…” but nothing else happens.

Problem with Quoting a prior post

Clicking “Quote” doesn’t work now. I tried disabling at plug-ins and it’s still not working.

Sometimes if I hit “Quote” multiple times it would work. But after that it stops working again.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Quote shortcode shows … around the citation on the published page.

This looks like a plugin bug, as even the Shortcodes Ultimate example on their page, https://getshortcodes.com/docs/quote/, shows this problem.
