I’ve bought the Pronamic Pay plugin (pro version). I’m setting it up and I’m certain I’ve set it up the right way as I’ve already done this for a different website. However, as soon as I take all of the keys from the Rabobank Smart Pay site and put them in the right place at the configurationpage for Pronamic, it tells me this:

Pronamic Pay?— An error occurred within the “Bank” field of the “iDEAL” payment method.

Message: No webshop configuration exists for this refresh token. Please make sure that you use an active refresh token copied from the Omnikassa Dashboard

Code:5001

However, as stated above, all of the tokens are right. What’s the problem?

This topic was also started by someone else but the replies are not helping me resolving this issue. I keep getting the error message:

Authentication error. Field generating error: Signature

I am using Rabobank iDeal Professional V3.

Ik zie dat er aan gewerkt wordt maar is er ook een datum vast gesteld?

Is the woocommerce ideal plugin also compatible with Rabobank’s new Omnikassa?
The lite and standard version is gone with omnikassa and hopefully I have
also with Rabobank no update e-mail issues [order mail after payment, stock update etc]. Or does my client need to have the pro account in order to get the order update e-mails to the client after payments?? The pro version is 80 euro a month…. that’s a lot of money for this functionalist…
