I have the UPS plugin paid version. It seems like there is a problem with rates. I have the website checkout and ShipStation opened side by side (same UPS account), and the rates that the plugin provides are way higher. For example, for the same ZIP code, UPS Next Day Air: $50.41 vs UPS Next Day Air: $27 (ShipStation). (FYI Your FedEx plugin works properly.)
It seems like there is a wild misconfiguration or the negotiated rates were not applied.
Please help me resolve the issue.
]]>This plugin adds VAT tables to your site incl all vat rates for EU Countries. Then you can add any and all other rates, you wish, such as Zero, reduced, artist, services and you can even add other countries. So this can easily work for rules in Aussieland, that I am not even aware of.
But hold on….. this plugin can if you set it, display next to the price that this is ex vat / incl vat / Incl VAT Denmark or Luxembourg and then show nothing if no VAT is added for trade beyond EU. A country like Denmark has one of the highest rates at 25%. That addition is a competitive disadvantage for sales to fx Tunisia. That’s why this function is vital.
For anonymous users it will geolocate, once adding shipping address it will recalculate seamlessly. Under Danish B2C law you must at all times present pricing incl. of VAT. Now if a user lies about their location behind a VPN, what can anyone do? Let the dice roll and take it to court.
Cudos to David for making life so easy for so many in the middle of anarchy. Thx a ton and merry X-mas.
]]>Since this change, you can only pay for USPS shipping when you ship to customer, but customer can NO LONGER select any method of shipping other than what you set for that zone. The only choices are free, flat rate, and local pickup. If you want to have live rates for the customer to select, you will need to pay $9 per month to greedy WooHooCommerce.
This is the beginning of the end of the entire WooCommerce plugin. It’s been nice working with you, but bye bye!
]]>If it does NOT have a shipping class, then it should be shipped via UPS with the weight and dimensions provided.
I have a Shipping Zone titled Shipping Class Rate. It lists all of the rates and prices. BUT a “No Shipping class cost” entry is listed in the settings – with a N/A price. This is causing a conflict.
When a customer chooses an item that “should” be shipped via UPS, this setting kicks in and in the cart, one of the options is “Shipping Class Rate” with zero cost. Grrrr!
Please advise how to eliminate “No Shipping Class Rate” so that correct UPS pricing appears for the customer.
Thank you for your help.

]]>I wonder if you could help us.
We noticed that if a client changes from a Summer Seasonal Date to a Winter Seasonal Date that the Summer Seasonal price is still displayed.
Here’s an example:
Our client’s Seasonal Rates are as follows:
15/5/2023 – 14/11/2023 Summer Season $95/night
15/11/2023 – 14/5/2024 Winter Season $125/night
The first booking dates that I chose were from 19th – 22nd September shows the Summer Season rate of $95 which is great.
I then changed the booking dates to 16th – 19th November (Winter Season) and the rate displayed is still the Summer Season rate. When I make the booking, it’s made on the Winter Season rate which is correct.
Similarly, if dates in the Winter Season are selected and the dates are changed to Summer Season dates, then the Winter Season rate is displayed on the Booking page.
Is there any of making the rate displayed on the Booking page dynamic so that it updates if and when the Check in & Check out dates are amended?
The reason why I ask is that some prospective customers are confused when different rates are shown on the Booking & Room Booking pages as given in this example.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
@canu
I installed the appropriate plugins and followed the appropriate instructions:

https://support.dhlexpresscommerce.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360035934192
But for some reason, when I tested it live, it writes an unrealistically high price for shipping (about: €9,469 for an 1kg heavy package).
I already tried to change my item weight kg to g, but it didn’t helped. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
