Getting very frustrated
]]>The plugin is connected to gmail.
Once in a while I get the following e-mail:
Subject: Post SMTP email error
Content: “You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
You are welcome to post a support issue.
The log to paste with your support issue:
No recipient forward path has been supplied”
It’s using an email address which is not in use ([email protected])
I re-authenticated the plugin to gmail….problem solved.
Until now I’ve re-authenticated the plugin 4 times. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
I tried to re-authorise it but I lack the credentials that my former colleague used to activate/authorise the plugin … I am missing the authentication for the plugin itself. I cleared the authorization through the GA plugin setting and now i cannot re-authenticate it, because the guy that has set it up has left our project (and even if he does remember what the client ID key was he has no recollection was is the “client secret” required…)
Is there any chance to re-authenticate it? Or should I re install the plugin every statistic so far is lost ?
