I am having an issue and cannot find the solution anywhere online. The traffic light icons on my pages or posts for readability etc, do not show up when I open the page. Usually it is on the right side of the page or when I try to edit the page it is usually underneath so I can make changes to the keyword, meta description, slug, etc but i doesn’t show up anymore.
In the yoast seo settings, I have both seo & readability analysis turned on and it still does not show up. Has anyone else ran into this issue?
Any help is appreciated, cheers
]]>I once used a ready-made theme and I remember that, when I clicked on the eye-button in the readability analysis I was showed the passages of my text that I need to optimize.
On the current website I’m using – which was built with Elementor – this functionality doesn’t work as on the page on which Yoast SEO is present (after clickng “edit page”) the text is not present. The text only shows up when clicking “edit page in Elementor”. But here Yoast SEO and the readability analysis are not shown.
How can I get the parts of my text highlighted that I need to optimize?
Thank you very much in advance for your help!
I have been blogging for several years (with the Yoast SEO plugin) and now I have started a new multilingual website (with the Polylang plugin) and run into a few issues with regards to the readability analysis.
The blog main language is EN, but this article is written in NL, and the language of the article is obviously also set to NL (Dutch). However, I keep getting:
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be here?
]]>I am writing a new post, and it has told me that there is a readability problem, in that I am not using enough transition words. I select the highlight option and start going through.
The thing is, it seems to me that many of the sentence that have been highlighted do have transition words in them. Transition words described in the Yoast SEO page about transition words. Even when I add them in to a sentence that didn’t have one, the highlight doesn’t go away.
Any thoughts?
]]>I would just like to raise a concern.
I am in the process of setting up my blog and I downloaded the YOAST plugin.
However, I only see the SEO analysis as I create my About Me page. The Readability Analysis function is not there.
I checked the settings and it indicates that the Readability Analysis is ON.
Kindly help.
Thanks a lot.
