Problems (again) with FB Feed.

Message reads:

Facebook token is invalid or expired. Please reset token and sign-in again to get new one.
Reauthenticate
If there is an issue with the Access Token, please click on Reauthenticate button.

When I do this I get the following message:
Feature Unavailable
Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app, since we are updating additional details for this app. Please try again later.

I deactivated the plugin and re-activated again, but no succes.

Hi my dashboard has a message that says “You need to reauthenticate your Google account.”
I click it and always says this: redirect_uri’ mismatch.
I also click on “complete activation” for the programs connect to site kit such as analytics but it says the same thing: redirect_uri’ mismatch.

When press Reauthenticate nothing happens

Hello, I have problems with the plugin. When I go to ‘Refresh user info’ and press ‘Reauthenticate’ a new window is opened. I choose the google account and copy-paste the code. Then I click on submit and the button ‘Reauthenticate’ appears again

I’m trying to change the account that is used for Google Analytics WD, but when I press “Reauthenticate” in Settings it goes straight to “Paste the authentication code from the popup to this input” but no popup window shows up to login. And it behaves the same in Chrome (both incognito and not), Firefox, Safari with all adblockers disabled, and popups allowed.

On top of that, I can’t even disable the plugin. Whenever I “deactivate” the plugin, it is still activated unless I delete the wd-google-analytics folder from plugins. However, when I reinstall the plugin it jumps straight to being enabled again. And using “Uninstall” in the Analytics menu doesn’t seem to do anything helpful to this effect.

This may be a bigger issue however, because none of the tracking information is showing up in any of the dashboard widgets as if there is no tracking data available at all (whereas there is months of data for that property in the google analytics account).

Keeps asking for reauthentication. I just had to do it again just now. everything seems ok then a day later I get a message that it can’t get data from google and to re authenticate again. Thanks!

I keep getting this alert message in my WordPress dashboard:

“Failed to fetch the new data from Google Analytics. Please reauthenticate on the settings page!”

I try to reauthenticate.
1. I click “Re-authenticate with your Google account” on the General Settings tab.
2. I click to Accept “View your Google Analytics data”
3. I copy the “success code” from the page that follows.
4. I paste in the General Settings tab in the “Paste your Google code here:” field.
5. I click Save Changes.

I get a successful save message, but a few clicks later, the error message reappears.

Anyone know of a fix?

Re-auth code loads dashboard in popup

My session timed out and the re-auth window popped up. I logged in again. The popup window didn’t close. Instead the dashboard was loaded in the popup and the original page was visible behind (through the semi-transparent window). I have a screen print but there seems to be no way of attaching here. A link to the site will be no use. This is an upgrade from 392, not a fresh install.
