for some reason the number of posts in wordpress does not match number of records in all_posts_ index. what are some reasons that could be the case ?

503 Error

Hi,
When I want to “Re-index search page records” I now have a 503 error.
I contacted the hosting server and it’s because there are too many request sent at the same time.
What can I do to slow it down a bit?

Append Rather Than Overwrite?

OK, so what I want is for the administrator to be able to add a new record via this form on this page. That part works fine. But later, I’d like them to just be able to stick in the ‘Masonic ID’ field and then add dates for module completion. I’d like that info to be appended to the current record. Right now, it overwrites the record, which means they have to put in all the user’s details (name, email, etc) or it all gets overwritten. That’s obviously not ideal.

Sorry, this is my first attempt at databases or this plugin. I’m sure there’s a simple answer, but I can’t find it by searching.

Hello, I’m having a strange issue with this plugin(after much search, I narrowed it down to it):

When I upload a new version of a picture(webp), WordPress for some reason uploads the old deleted version instead of the new one I just told it to upload.

Is this bug linked to Optimization Records? Should I use the Clean Optimization Records feature before uploading the new version of a picture?

Issue with entering website

Hello,

we recently changed our hosting so we also wanted to change domain name. We changed “wordpress adress” and “website adress” then everything shut down due to some issues in records. Is there any possibility to undo our changes because we have “too many requests” error all the time. Also we have hosting connected to wp without domain and our hosting cant or dont want to connect it with domain.

Our website cannot be found. Our wp-admin.php shut down. Our domain is off.

Would capturing customer download records slow down the web?

Hi there, I would like to know if using this plugin on a website where there are 2000 customers could slow the site by saving so much data, my goal is to know the customer who downloaded, and from which page.
I am not interested in their IP or browser, I have done a small test locally with 2 customers but I do not know how much this could affect this to take it to large scale, imagine that the 2000 customers download 7 files a day would be 14,000 records, imagine a week and a month or a year.
The way the post type records are viewed makes it more complicated to navigate, or information.

Choir Member DB and Attendance record plugin?

Hi,
We are a choral society with a wordpress site and about 100 members.
We use Mailchimp to inform our large supporter list.
I am looking for a way to hold members details and record attendance each week. Obviously I could do it myself in a local Excel workbook but I would be doing everything and I’d rather have the part reps logging in to a web site and filling out the attendance themselves.

What do you recommend for this application?

We may look for more features eg rehearsal schedule signup, workshops, learning track downloads, typical choir admin stuff.

The prediction record

Hi guys,

I’ve been looking through the Q&A and have tried all the shortcodes but still can’t find the answer.

As a website’s host role, how and where do you see/check all the users’ predictions?
So far the closest result I’ve found is this shortcode:
[fp-ranking league=3 num=10 date=”2022-04-22 11:00 – 2022-04-30 11:00″]
But a problem is this result doesn’t show the wrong predictions by users, it shows “0” just the same as the matches they didn’t predict.

I have to count the correct/incorrect predictions from all users by a timeline, better if I can export it.
(I tried exporting matches but it showed 403 forbidden)
