Recurring Payment Issue on Old Orders Without Subscription Setup in WordPress

One of my WordPress sites is charging payments from old orders. Some of these orders are 6 to 7 months old, and it is processing payments again for those old orders. There is no subscription plugin installed, and the website does not have a subscription option. However, it keeps repeatedly charging amounts from the old orders.

Interested in knowing if this works with Stripe Billing and will it allow me to create Stripe Subscriptions?

If not natively, are there solutions any of you have found to accomplish this?

Integrating Subscription Payments

Hi there,

We installed your plugin for generating license keys and it’s working well. Very happy with it.

Our next requirement is to sell licenses on a recurring billing instead of a one time payment. For this, we tried a plugin called Sunscriptio, but it doesn’t seem to support the License Keys product type.

Few questions

1. Do you recommend a compatible plugin for recurring billing?

2. Is it possible for the license keys to auto extend when a new payment comes in?

Fixed start date for recurring bill not working

Hi, I use WP-Invoice to bill my customers for web hosting. It has performed flawlessly in the past for over a dozen clients, including recently. I have a client who requested a particular date for recurring billing. I ran a test for myself before sending the invoice. The initial transaction went through, but I received an error message stating the recurring portion did not set up. (the exact message is below)

WordPress: Version 4.9.3
WP-Invoice: Version 4.1.9
Gateway: Authorize.net

Error Message:
“This transaction has been approved.

One-time credit card payment is processed successfully. However, recurring billing setup failed. The ‘AnetApixml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:startDate’ element is invalid – The value '2018-02-8' is invalid according to its datatype ‘https://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:date’ – The string &39;2018-02-8' is not a valid Date value.”

My supposition is the html entities are causing the issue, but I’m hesitant to start digging into the code to test/fix the issue. I’m not sure this is the problem, and I anticipate the good people at Usability Dynamics can resolve the issue quicker than I could, given their familiarity.

Please advise!

Monthly recurring payments?

I am hoping you can help. We would like to use the Pay Per Listing function, but want it to renew monthly. I have the expiration for the package set to 30 days, but it doesn’t look like it will automatically re-bill their credit card through a Stripe subscription plan. Can you let me know if it does this, or if this can be done through an add-on, WooCommerce, anything else?

I am attempting to test the recurring billing using Paypal Sandbox. The first payment went through. I set the product to make a payment once a day for three days. The second day sent me an error message saying payment has failed. I received not emails for a third attempt. I need to confirm this product does the recurring billing. Can you please advise?

Does plugin work with WooCommerce Subscriptions

Sorry if this is a duplicate topic but there is no easy way to search support for just this plugin.

Question: Does PayPal for WooCommerce work with WooCommerce Subscriptions? If so, does it require Reference Transactions be turned on with PayPal? We need a recurring payment option for customer’s site.

This plugin looks like a great possible option for client.
