Wij zijn erg tevreden met je plugin! De vormgeving ziet er geweldig uit. We hebben nog twee vragen:

1. Vraag over nieuwsbrief
   Is het mogelijk om de volgende vraag toe te voegen:?“Wilt u zich aanmelden voor onze nieuwsbrief?”?met de antwoordopties?Ja / Nee? Daarnaast zouden we graag willen weten of het mogelijk is om deze aanmelding direct te koppelen aan Mailchimp.
2. Periodieke steunopties
   Op dit moment hebben we de keuze tussen eenmalig doneren en periodiek steunen. We willen echter dat bezoekers alleen kunnen kiezen tussen eenmalige of maandelijkse steun. Is het mogelijk om de periodieke instellingen zo aan te passen dat alleen de maandelijkse optie beschikbaar is en niet per kwartaal of jaarlijks?

But I find that in recurring donations in the product details before payment it shows the correct value of the donation, then in the recurring amounts it shows the random amount that is entered in the settings and that do not correspond to the amount that is selected to donate.

I have a problem with recurring donations on card payments. I think it’s not a problem with Give WP, but honestly, I’m desperate and don’t know who to consult anymore. I would be eternally grateful if you could guide me.

When a subscription is made, the first payment enters correctly. But renewals are cancelled with the ‘Ds_Response 180’ error. This means that the bank does not approve the operation, apparently. The bank’s technical support says it happens because of a card’s security protocol and the user must validate the payment manually on each renewal. Obviously, this validation is not necessary in a normal subscription process, so I don’t understand where the problem lies

This happens in all card subscriptions, with different banks and in the payment of different amounts.

And the gateway (Redsys) support basically said they won’t help me in any way because it’s not their fault (I know it’s not your fault either, but please help?).

Any ideas?

I’m doing some testing for “Give – Recurring Donations”.

However, when I activate the addon, I get a fatal error. What could be the source of this error? What is required to fix the error?
