Reducing the size of the header in Astra free theme

Using a combination of the free Astra theme and free version of Elementor, I have on my localhost as a “Child theme” made – what I think is – a rather nice one-page “website”, which in my mind only have one issue – the header is very big.
I believe that it is the space which normally is taken up by the navigation menu, but as it is a one-page site, I do not need (or want) the menu!
To show what I mean, I have made a screen dump of the top part of the website which can be found here:

Is there a way to reduce this size (or preferably completely eliminate) this space, e.g. by adding some code to the “function.ini” file (other than the “style.css” file they are the only files I have access to in the “Appearance -> Theme Editor”)?

Theme Simone: Reduce header height and other

Hello,

Several items since I am a n00b:

1) I have the Simone theme and wanted to reduce the header height and font size of entries.

2) I wanted to reduce the space between pictures when they are side by side. I actually had to install a column plug-in to get the pictures to sit side by side because the pictures typically just sit on top of each other. However, when I used this column plug in to get the pictures side by side, the space between them is quite large.

for this I have created one slide bar and place the add code in it, However the ad which I have places is coming below the logo.

Reducing White Space in 2011

What an awesome easy to use theme 2011 is. What I would like to modify though is the amount of white space above and below the header image. Also below the page reference on each page. eg Home or About. It would also be great to be able to reduce the size of the page reference or eliminate it and have a highlighted menu item instead.
The experts tell me that a good webpage or blog does not need any scrolling to see most of the content. With 2011 by the time you get past the page reference you only have room for a couple lines of text. The header and page reference are basically all you see when you go to a 2011 page. Does anyone know how to change this. I have already installed a child theme so I can modify it, but will need exact instructions on which file to modify, and with what.
