this one does work [RM_Form id=’x’]. But this one doesn’t
User Directory Form Specific [RM_Users form_id=‘x’] Shortcode User directory of users who submitted form x. I did replace the x with the form ID.
for now I have disabled the plugin, too bad because I paid credits for the otp sms and I can’t use the service.
]]>I followed everything on this post here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/mailchimp-integration-not-working-5/ to try and troubleshoot but my form entries are still not syncing with MailChimp. I’ve tried multiple APIs, I’ve filled the form out and waited 24 hours, I’ve checked all the merge tags to ensure they match and filled out the global settings and individual form settings for the form to try and get it to work.
Would appreciate any support to get this work!
Thanks.
]]>We bought a premium version of RegistrationMagic plugin.
We have a three different forms that use text fields like District, City, Street Name, Postal Code etc.
1. Is there a solution to validate data in these fields? Many users enter an invalid data, so we have to fix it manually later.
2. Can we import postal codes and add them to this form?
Kindest Regards

]]>I have bought RegistrationMagic (RM) Premium plugins about a couple of weeks ago. I have asked the following question over the last two weeks, but no suitable support has been given so far. After I have submitted multiple messages for help to RM support since last Friday, the response from RegistrationMagic today is:
“Hi,
We have received your ticket and will get back to you soon.
Regards,
Sila M. | Product Support Dept.”
All strings on RM which I need for my website can be edited and translated except this one:
“You have successfully verified your email. Your account is now active. You can login below.”
on Submission page when users click on their account activation link (upon Registrion).
1. I have tried to edit the above string in this template:
/plugins/registrationmagic/includes/class_rm_ui_strings.php
but nothing has been changed on the Submission page
2. I have used Loco plugins as RM instructed to translate the above string, but it is not displayed in English language on a local language page; it means that it is not translated.
Can you please help make that string TRANSLATABLE?
Thanks
