This summer we started using Dokan-lite for multi vendors and we customised the registration form to collect some extra fields and it all worked well and dandy, we followed this post to customise the form: https://wedevs.com/blog/406959/add-extra-fields-to-wordpress-registration-plugin/.
However, recently, the form went back to its original form, even though the child theme which I created specifically for this is still active and the actual file seller-registration-form.php is still in the globals folder in the child theme. This change happened just recently maybe after an automatic update of Dokan, I don’t really know.
Can you please help me figure it out?
Thanks
Alex

This means the user thinks registration has failed, when it has worked fine. I’ve tried deactivating other plugins which may be causing conflicts and am using version 6.0.2.7. Can you help? Thanks.
]]>Thank you for the continued support with Simple Membership.
Typically, when a user completes a payment through Stripe, their membership level is upgraded from Level 3 (free member) to Level 4 (paid member), and it remains at Level 4 for recurring payments. However, as seen in the following URL for user “3068,” we occasionally observe that some users with recurring payments have their membership level revert from Level 4 to Level 3.

We have investigated this on our end but couldn’t find any consistent pattern, leading us to believe it may be an issue with Simple Membership. Could you provide any insight into the possible cause?
Note: The webhook that is triggered after a successful payment in Stripe (/?swpm_process_stripe_subscription=1&hook=1) returns a 200 response status.

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
Thanks for helping.
Kind regards,

]]>Is there any way the ticketing system in the sidebar area can be replaced with simple registration form?
Am talking about removing the need to click on a plus button to add ticket number and then to click on get tickets and then to go to second page etc etc..
Can we just have a simple form on the right side instead with couple of fields and register button where admin would get notification about it?
Is it possible to do it with PRO version, or using RSVP where text would be replaced with Loco to say its a registration?
Or any other option?
