How Can we enable it again?
]]>Thing is, I haven’t sent any emails from Mailpoet for two months, so I don’t understand why this has suddenly occurred. What do I need to do to unpause and stop this happening again>
]]>I figured that on some of my websites, the Google Maps block wouldn’t show and it would show the following error message instead:
Google Maps Platform rejected your request. You must use an API key to authenticate each request to Google Maps Platform APIs. For additional information, please refer to https://g.co/dev/maps-no-account
Please note that I use the correct API key and that I also have activated billing in my Google cloud console. The Google Maps is just showing fine on other pages of my website and I am also not restricting the API key on some of my own web pages.
The problem occurs (and I am not sure if this is a problem with your plugin or a general one) whenever I use an apostrophe in the address field of your Map Block for Google Maps e.g. “Col’Cacchio” or “Maiden’s Cove” which are real names of real places. When I eliminate the apostrophe from the address e.g. “Colcacchio” or “Maidens Cove”, the problem is solved and Map displays correctly without error message.
Hope this helps someone else since I couldn’t find any solution when I googled for it.
]]>“We have detected that more than 10% of your emails sent recently were rejected by the recipients. Your sending has been temporarily suspended.”
I don’t understand as my MailPoet statistics indicate otherwise. Of the 88 subscriptions I have, 83 are Subscribed, 3 are Unconfirmed, 1 is Unsubscribed and 1 is Bounced. None are Inactive.
Also, in the one Newsletter I’ve sent out, the statistics are: 47 emails sent out, 6.4% Clicked, 46.8% Opened, 2.1% Unsubscibed and 2.1% Bounced. By MailPoet’s own assessment, this email had “Excellent” results.
Please help to unpause my MailPoet service as I’m in the middle of a subscriber push and am planning on sending out a Newsletter soon.
]]>In contrast, if I have the following entry:
blob
It will cache all of the following slugs: b;pg. my-blog, tims-blog, and yourblog.
In summary the slashes (/../) should be put around entire slugs.
Text without slashes can be used to cache any slug that contains the text.
Hope this helps someone. I think that an updated explaination in the plugin would help others.
]]>I have a problem to send mail using newsletter models.
All mails sent to a “specific domain” using newsletter model are rejected.
I received delivery status notification:
“Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 500 message rejected
Status 5.3.0”
But, if I send a mail test using Mail Poet Mail Test (in Configuration menu), the specific domain mentioned, received normally the mail.
So, I tested the differences between Mail Poet Mail Test x Mail Poet Newsletter on mail-tester.com.
And only the differences appointed are:
T_KAM_HTML_FONT_INVALID – Test for Invalidly Named or Formatted Colors in HTML.
I think this is the reason the email is rejected, considering Mail Poet Mail Test works fine.
Various other domains (like gmail.com, live.com) receive the Newsletter normally.
Anyone can help me?
Thanks,
Grether, Rafael
I also got this email:
“We have detected that in the last 24 hours more than 10% of your emails were rejected by the recipients. Your sending has been temporarily suspended.”
The email addresses were an import from the Outlook contacts of my client. Maybe that is a problem GDPR-wise, but they all wanted to be updated about this project. I just don’t know what to do anymore. They’re with GoDaddy, which has been a pain as well. At first I thought this was GoDaddy again, but I sent the email with the MailPoet Sending Service.
Who knows what to do? How quickly are they usually in responding?
