I was thinking about getting the pro version of the plugin, but I think I am not getting the point of Exit Intent popup.

If we ask the potential customer for his/her email, it will be recorded (if provided) and then we can assign the promo code to this email, that will be applied when provided email will be used during the checkout? Is it a proper understanding of this feature?

If so, is there a possibility to save e-mail provided by the potential customer and then apply same mailing rules as for e-mails provided during the checkout abandonment?

Hello,
i am reaching out to inquire about the Reminder Notifications feature in the settings area for our booking form. I have been exploring the settings but couldn’t find the relevant information to activate and set up this feature. Is this anywhere to find? A E- Mail reminder few Days or hours before the event is take place?

Zoom registration cannot be found

I have WP Version 6.0.2, Events Manger Version 6.1.2.1 and Events Manager – Zoom Integration 1.5 installed. “Event Email Reminders” does not display direct link to the Zoom meeting #_BOOKINGZOOMJOINLINK in the email sent out. It only displays a “#” and nothing else.
When I go to the WP Dashboard and view an individual booking for the event I see the following message in the Zoom Join Link.
“Something is wrong, a related Zoom registration cannot be found. To correct this, you can resync this booking with Zoom.”
Their is a button indicating “Synchronize booking on Zoom.com”
When I click on it I get the following message.
“Booking has been synchronized with Zoom Meeting”
I look for the the link and it still does not display.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Custom Delivery Reminder Emails

I am working on a website for a meal delivery service. They create a new menu each week and only deliver on Tuesdays. They would like the ability to send an email to customers on Monday nights as a reminder for the meal delivery on the following day.

I have looked at a lot of other plugins that offer follow-up emails, but they have too many unnecessary features. I simply need to schedule reminder emails.

Is this possible with your plugin?

Hi, I am searching for a solution for sending reminder emails.

We are using WooCommerce for selling online seminars. Seminars are created as products with the date in the title and everything works fine. We want to send reminder emails 3 days before the beginning of the seminar. What is the simplest way to do that? Adding some kind of custom field for a date in products and using Mailchimp maybe? Some event plugin (I’ve found a couple, but some seem to not have this function and we will need to redo our products so not the best option overall)? Any other solution?

I really thought this should be easy, but Google is not a friend of mine today regarding this question..

Is there an add-on for this plugin I can buy that makes it possible to have an email reminder be send to customers one day before their booked start date?

Eg: someone booked a product for 2 December until 7 December. On 1 December this customer receives an automatic email reminding about the booking?

Automatic Email / SMS Notification

We would like for our site to automatically generate a reminder email or sms message (user’s choice) based on the product they buy. In our store we are selling reservations to a cooking class and having this automated reminder would be wonderful.

It seems there are some variables though. Namely telling the product when the date is and when to send the reminder.

Does anyone know if a plugin like this exists?
