Someone can buy subscription products without any issue but this is a monthly subscription and when it comes to that renewal date, automatic order is not being placed and it is getting failed.
In my woocommerce admin, I am getting below error message in order note’s section:
Recurring payment for order failed. Reason: You passed an empty string for ‘payment_method’. We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however ‘payment_method’ cannot be unset. You should remove ‘payment_method’ from your request or supply a non-empty value.
And when I go to the payment method’s log file I am getting this error:
Could not complete payment_intent.succeeded event for payment_intent pi_3Pyern2nCFOQSR1l0E4Gck9t. No order ID (No Order ID in metadata) was found in your WordPress database. This typically happens when you have multiple webhooks setup for the same Stripe account. This order most likely originated from a different site.
I have talked with Stripe support and there is nothing from their side and I have checked the webhook in the stripe account, I see there is only one webhook.
I have got this information from stripe log: https://pastebin.com/xLbjFTWe
Here is my Woocommerce System report: https://pastebin.com/kkNQBJei
]]>Looked at the Transaction using the transaction/subscription ID – it shows $990 was charged. sub_1P5wFBBNstdCjtj08JGhgPhT
“View Subscription” shows the fee of $990, but somehow it got zeroed out when it processed.
One – what is the best way to correct the issue?
Two – how do we prevent this going forward?
Looked at the transaction using the order number – invoice code 4768DD7CD1 – and while it has the CC information stored, it has $0.00 for the total.
The renewal is member User ID 12.
]]>As I was cleaning out my PayPal subscriptions, I unsubbed from SellCodes [because I had no idea what it was] which subsequently revoked my access to USM Premium.
Now, SellCodes is requesting I re-purchase [or resume] the plugin for $24 because the License Key has expired.
Can I please have some assistance?
Thanks,
Chase (:
please help!!
]]>If you’re willing to sign up for a 1-year plan and add 10 sites, for example, and keep those 10 sites there permanently, that’s fine. However, if you want to add and remove websites (Virusdie allows you to do this) without any restrictions, Malcare is not for you.
I have regular clients, but some are occasional. I contracted the 10-site plan and had 9 fixed sites there. I used this “slot” that was left over for any other customers. At one point, I tried to add a website and the message appeared saying that I had reached the limit, even though I had 9 websites on the platform and I had 1 “slot” left to use.
Now, after 20 days, I’m trying to get a refund, which I’ve been told won’t be possible.
Again: if you want to hire for fixed sites, OK. But if you want the right to add or remove sites from your account as you please, Malcare is not for you.
October Payment Renewal: For the current month of October, we have observed a major discrepancy in the renewal payment processing. Typically, we process around 100 payments on the 1st of each month. However, this month, only a single renewal payment has been processed, indicating a substantial failure in our renewal system. This problem was first noticed on September 17th.
Our system is currently running on version 2.10.2
