Hello, we have a webshop with WooCommerce. We have a problem with the reports. The orders aren’t shown in the report. Does anyone know how we can solve this problem?

How to view order total in Taxes report?

Id like to use the Taxes report from the Analytics feature of WooCommerce but it is missing some crucial information.

How can I get it to show the total taxable order amount for each Tax Code?
How can I get it to show a “Tax Code” for which no tax was applied?
How can I change the currency? I have to report EU VAT in Euros, but I’m based in the UK so the report is showing everything in GBP.

If someone has a snippet I can add to bring in this data I would be very grateful.

Currently I’m still using the old Reports section because this vital information is missing from the Analytics section.

I can click on each student I can see thier report.

How do I get accurate traffic stats?

I am trying to get more accurate website traffic stats – # visits, # page views, referrals, etc. But all the tools I have tried give me very different results. For example, looking at three sources of data for # of visits during the month of August:

Siteground (hosting site): 33k

StatCounter App: 21k

Monster Insights: 13k

Siteground hosts the site, and they should have accurate numbers, but Monster is a very popular plugin that uses Google Analytics, so it should be very accurate too. Why is there a discrepancy?

How can I tell which source is accurate?

Is there possibly something in Google Analytics/Monster Insights that I need to adjust?

Is there a more reliable tool?

Hello.

I’m using up to now the free version of Burst Statistics on some websites.
I’ve set some weeks ago the email report to be sent monthly and weekly on several email addresses, but no email was never received.

Are there any known issues with such email report ? Or maybe it is not available for the free version ?

Thanks for any help on that topic, as such email report is a must have for some projects.

Hi, I have a question, when I go to create a tax report within the analyzed data, and I press the button to download it, it tells me that it is sent to me by email, but to which email is it sent? Because nothing arrives at what I have set as the standard for receiving emails from woocommerce… thanks

Hi,

Whenever I click on the download button in the taxes report, a notification appears that a document will be sent to my email. However, that email never arrives. I don’t understand why, as other emails (e.g. order emails) do arrive.

Hi,

I created a registration form with user email and password, also added a custom field (picture attached). The custom fields asks the USER to state or select their language combination (it’s a website about translation services), the idea is to be able to report how many users and show their language choice.

Is that possible?
