I have the Popular version of Download-Monitor. I have tried to request support by emailing [email protected] since last Wednesday, December 11. The emails do not go through. Each time I send the email I get a response:
mx.zohomail.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:
DLM ([email protected])
The address you sent your message to wasn’t found at the destination domain. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:
mx.zohomail.com gave this error:
<[email protected]> Mailbox delivery failure policy error
I have tried to submit the support request through the download-monitor.com website. No replies to this request either.
It is now December 15.
Is anyone having issues in getting a response from Download Monitor?
Thanks,
Melissa

Best regards,
But, I happen to observe very slow initial server response times through LiteSpeed Cache. My site, milyin.com is not really performing well on Google Page Speed either with failure in First Contentful Paint.
I have largely followed Hostinger’s own guide for this purpose, https://www.hostinger.in/tutorials/litespeed-website-optimization-tool/
Even though LiteSpeed Cache conflicts with WP Super Cache, I observed far better results and performance with both of them working together.
I really hoped LScache will take me to 90+ scores consistently, but I feel something is really wrong with my config.
Please advice.

]]>Ever since WP 6.1 introduced Site Health Cache Checks we keep getting the message:
Page cache is detected but the server response time is still slow
To fix the above, many times we have to click on Site Health tools several times.
Please share your thoughts on this and a possible fix. We have enabled all cache options (except File-Based Caching) in your plugin.
From our standpoint, being on your shared-server plan (slow TTFB) is probably what’s causing this. So, it appears WordPress is now checking server response times
Thank you!

I hardly write reviews. Who has the time. This is the first review I’ve ever written for a support team in my 20 year career. I’d say, it’s worth every dime paying for service like this.
Job well done, Rahul. Thank you so much for helping me!
]]>2. The next screen allows you to select your response time and chat color. By setting the response time, you can set expectations with your customers on when they will receive a response
I do not see this option in the settings. Where can I set this as it currently says :
“RE:FORM Body Clinic is connecting you with a live agent.”
We want it to say insteda typical response time is 2h or something similar
