In the Dashboard, I get several “Server error in data/live-goals: The response is not a valid JSON response” errors. I don’t see any problem like this with any other plugins. I tried deactivation all other plugins, and it still happens. Also tried 2025 theme, same thing.

Ours is a dedicated NGINX server. What can I do to troubleshoot this error?

Hello, I have a problem probably with the Spectra plug-in.
So far everything was working ok, however every now and then my site crashes completely. It doesn’t happen all the time and to track down the error I have to have the developer tool open and wait until the page crashes again to see the errors.
As the site is quite popular I am anxious to get it working properly.
Below I’m tossing the error I got displayed in the console, I assume one is related to the other (at least that’s what Uncle google told me).

Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot of the crashed page, but more to the point is that just as the page usually has all the styles fixed, during the error it is completely crashed, content that is centered suddenly goes completely out of the window, as if the design setting of the page is completely changed.

I use: 2.15.1 version of Spectra

Good Day,

For the past week or so, www.ads-software.com has been very slow.

Specifically, when I either visit a forum, create a forum topic, or similar navigation function, the website takes about 20-30 seconds to respond (i.e., I get a blank screen) or I need to refresh my browser to get the visited page to display.

This is occurring with all browsers that I’m using (yes, all extensions, etc. disabled) and not with any other common websites I visit, so this definitely appears to be a www.ads-software.com issue.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? WordPress’ Status Blog is not reporting anything to this effect.

Hallo Zusammen,

in der aktuellen Plugin Version 2.2.241 werden die Geokoordinaten (Latitude/Longitude) anhand der Adresse ungenau berechnet, so dass im Frontend die Marker in der Karte von der eigentlichen Adresse abweichen. Mal sind es wenige hundert Meter, aber vereinzelt auch Kilometer. Wenn im Store-Eintrag die “Wegbeschreibung” angeklickt wird und man zu Google Maps weitergeleitet wird, wird bei Google der korrekte Standort der Adresse angezeigt. Wir haben recherchiert, ob es an ungew?hnlichen Angaben im Stra?ennamen oder dem Ort liegt, aber da ist keine Unstimmigkeit festzustellen, da auch bei einfachen Adressangaben die Berechnung der Geokoordinaten abweicht.

Beispiel:
Suche PLZ “09120”; Umkreis “10 km”; Store “Stephan Gro?mann”
Adresse: Elsternwinkel 4, 09125 Chemnitz
Abweichung: ca. 600 Meter

Bei aktuell 1918 Store kann das nicht manuell geprüft werden und die Stores werden w?chentlich importiert.

Can’t set up an order to “complete”

Hi,

Has anyone ever had the problem that an order could not be completed?

Some further order and processing tests have shown that it is apparently independent of the article. But I don’t understand what the problem is with this one order that you can’t change it to “complete”.

After updating this order it jumps back to “On hold/Pending”. Payment was made using the WooCommerce PayPal Payments (2.5.4) plugin.

The first note for this payment was then:
Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address ([email protected]). Order status changed from payment pending to on hold.

But all orders (15) since then have gone back to normal.
