Site crashed, 2 weeks content lost

On 3 April, 2020, at around 21:10 CET I changed the settings of several dozen of our WordPress forum users. Suddenly the site crashed and was inaccessible for about 30 minutes. After that, the site seemed to be automatically restored, only the last two weeks’ content has been lost. I have a backup file of the site’s database (24 hours old), but no backup for the content that was added in the past two weeks.

1) Please advise if I should try to restore the lost content manually or not.
2) Will the site be fully operational again, if I manage to restore it using the phpmyadmin tool?

Restoring FAQ by Deleted User

I have gotten myself in a problem by deleting a user who had created a large number of faq on my site. Fortunately I have a backup which has all this content. It is not a backup I can restore the entire site with… it isn’t fresh enough but it is fresh enough to take care of the missing faq.
I am not having luck finding something in the forum… I did discover the faq are stored in wp_posts and that they appear to be well and truly gone. This surprised me a bit because I was able to restore other “posts” from the post menu on my dashboard. I also note that pages rolled back nicely.
It would have been much kinder to either save the content in a “trash” category and provided for restoring it to draft or publish.
What I need help with now is retrieving the faq from the backup… set up another site using the backup, export excel, import… or is there and easier way? Perhaps even a paid way?

Site been suspended by host, now paid, how to restore website

Hello,
Please I need help.
My website been suspended by host for late payment.. Now I have in full, and the host company told me that th website has been reactivated. But, when I type my domain in a browser all I get is a white blank page. My question is, do I have to do something on WP to restore content..? Or anything else?

Cannot restore

I have a full backup of my website in DropBox. My website crashed and had to be deleted in full. I’ve reinstalled WordPress and the Backup/Restore plugin, and connected my account. I can’t see any backups though and have no idea how to pull from the folder where my backup lives on DropBox. How do I go about doing a full restore now??
