Items still appear in right menu after deleting

I have switch to masonic theme and I have removed the unnecessary right side bar items. Or so I thought! Despite not being listed as in the right side bar the archive and meta widgets still appear. How do I remove the side bar in its entireity?

Hi everyone!

I am starting my first blog and ran into a problem with creating a ABOUT ME section in a right side bar. Right now, there is the preselected Recent post section but I can’t see this one either in the widget -> right side bar. When I add an image and text to the right side bar, nothing happens at the home screen. I can see it is added in the widget but doesnt show in the actual home page, there is still the Recent posts section, unaltered.

Any ideas what am I doing wrong?

How to add both left and right sidebar in the layout?

Hi,

I am switch from old theme to astra theme. The old theme supports both left and right side bars, see this https://www.dropbox.com/s/5p3kxvnmjjrsbnu/Techoroiz-Fluid%20Layout%20Screenshot.png?dl=0 . However, now using astra theme, it seems that it only support either left or right sidebar, but not both. How can I add both side bars?

Right Side Bar Does not Display Properly on IE

Recently I add some ad content to my WP blog. The issue I am having is that the RIGHT SIDE BAR displays properly in Google Chrome, but it does not display properly in IE and Firefox. When my blog in loading in IE, the right side bar starts to load the content, then the content shifts to the to of the page, at which time it also is not displaying all of the original Right Side Bar content.

I need to have someone tell me how to fix this issue.

I did the update this morning as you suggested, and the title now fits the look of the page, but now I have a “>>” above each image. I have played with the css and the code, but cannot get it to go away.

Any ideas?

Widget to register in side bar

I am using the SEOPress theme and want this wonderful widget to show in my right side bar, and while it does, it does not look like the other widgets in the side bar.

I queried the maker of the theme and he said it was a coding problem on your side. (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/problem-with-widget-title?replies=2#post-8706912)

I guess the easiest thing is for you to look at my site at https://cccrp.org/ and you will see the name of the widget appears differently than the other third party widgets.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Here’s an example of one of my problems. When I am signed into wordpress and then select the ‘customize’ icon, I am able to see my right side bar that shows: ‘search’ and ‘recent posts’.

However, when I am signed out or even when i am signed in without the customize tab, I am unable to see the right sidebar as apparent in the link.

This grey color is coming in side bar when there is no item in the list i.e. i put navigation of pages and when there is no child or sibling of any page this empty grey box is coming which is not looking good, solution?

Sorry fairly new to this is it possible to have a full width page with widgets and a right side for news etc?

If so how do you do this, i have got the full width page with widgets but would like to add a news feed to the right side bar so customers can see whats hows we are attending etc

1) im having a problem with the right sidebar.
if i go through the customizer it is not displaying the option for right sidebar.
if i go through the widget section, it is displaying the right side bar, but if i place the plugins in it, nothing is showing up on my website.

2) is there an option to insert call to action button inside the header, below the menu?
