I would like it so that when I hover on the shop category in the main menu a child menu pops up underneath so that all the different categories can be chosen from that menu rather than having to scroll down and use breadcrumbs to navigate back and forth.

Hello,

I am trying to add a box shadow rollover effect to a blog module, so in the normal state the module has no shadow, then on rollover a box shadow fades in, is this possible with adding some code?

I am thinking this might be JavaScript job?

I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any widits, plugins, etc. that I could use to create a map that showed our 5 business locations and for visitors to roll over the location and have the hours and phone numbers pop up. Also is it possible place such a plugin’s shortcode into a text box widgit so the map would sick to where I want it and not take the whole page? Thank you for any responses, and I apologize I I missed any rules for postings.

Do any of you know if I can put an animated GIF as roll-over in WordPress? And if so how?

I want the logo to be steady till you roll over it and than it plays an animation of the logo. It is important that you dont see a big ‘GIF’ logo over the image when it stays steady.

However I note each featured image has a roll-over plus sign. Can I remove it? How do I do that?
If I can’t how do I turn it into something useful like a description of the image?

Hi, I have been playing about with RD hover Effects for a client but when we view through a tablet or phone, either Android or IOS, we just get blank squares. Is there any way to get at least just the image to show, and be clickable?

HTML5 Automatic Video Play on Slider with Mouse RollOver/Hover

My first cry for help!

I have purchased a professional theme that has a slider (from elegantthemes).
The slider will display and allow videos to be played.

The problem I have is that if a user starts the video playing, the slider will eventually continue on to the next slide. The video that is playing is now obscured from view and the audio from the video can still be heard.

Quite a mess. Elegantthemes support can’t help and say it is outside the scope of that theme. They suggest I use a widget or a plugin to do the job.

I saw a PERFECT example of exactly what I want here:

You see how the video plays automatically with NO audio, but encourages you to rollover with your mouse. When you do, the audio can be heard and the video enlarges. This is superb and exactly what I need.

Does anyone know of any widgets or plugins, (or themes I can buy) that will do this? I don’t mind paying for this feature. Never seen it anywhere before and for me and my business, it would be ideal.
