Some months ago, I posted a problem on wp.org because all my URL links had disappeared for no reason. Although the markers and coordinates are still displayed in the Marker tab and correct shading is still displayed in the Subdivisions tab.
Tests:
1. I exported the markers to CSV before adding a few URLs back in the Marker tab Link field. However, clicking Update, wiped (rest?) everything back to “Create new Markers”.
2. I imported the CSV file and the Markers displayed. However, clicking Update, wiped everything in the Markers tab again.
How can I fix this annoying issue? Is this a known problem when clicking the Update button?
Kind regards
Nilla
Not sure when this started happening, but the markers on my Home page’s RVM is no longer clickable. Any suggestions?
Tested on Chrome and Safari after clearing history/cache, but when clicked, not opening the portfolio for the country.
Many thanks!
I’m trying to add a default world map through a widget placed inside Gutenberg custom field block.
I receive two errors in dev tools console:
1. jquery-jvectormap-world_merc_en.js?ver=5.4:3 Uncaught TypeError: $.fn.vectorMap is not a function

Same errors appear when testing Italy map and example camera map.
I’m using plugin Version 6.3.6, WordPress version 5.4
This happens on local environment and when testing it on live site.
Could you please help suggest what might cause these mistakes?
p.s. When tested in on a newly created site with a default editor, there have been no mistakes and the map loaded at once
]]>Have a question though…
On hover, RVM auto displays a country label. However, when a marker is added with co-ordinates, the label is duplicated. Is there any way to just display 1 label?
For an example, please hover over the USA to see duplicate label: United States of America when hovering over country and USA when hovering over marker.
Many thanks!
I’ve checked the console on firefox and this error shows up:
TypeError: google is undefined[Learn More] google_map.js:49:1
TypeError: $.fn.vectorMap is not a function[Learn More] jquery-jvectormap-world_merc_en.js:3:1
Error: Attempt to use map which was not loaded: world_merc_en jquery-jvectormap-2.0.3.min.js:2:2040
Hope this gives you an idea of why the map page is blank.
Please help.
Up until recently I had a responsive vector map on this page (run by RVM – Responsive Vector Map plugin) alongside every other plugin I have running on my site.
2 days ago I went and checked the ‘destinations’ page only to find that the map was no longer there.
I’ve done troubleshooting by checking the different elements and there are no obvious javascript errors, but I feel like there is something clashing. I also cleared the cache (WP Super Cache) just in case.
The other testing I performed was to deactivate all plugins and reactivate one at a time which is where I found the issue! The map shows up just fine until I activate UberMenu, at which point it disappears.
Can anybody help me with this? I feel like I’ve been looking at it for hours without any success and I think I’m at my threshold for technical troubleshooting.
