I’hav already used Woocommerce for several projects However, right now I don’t know how I should proceed on this new project:
It’s a sailing company which owns a Boat. All year long, they do different turns in the mediterranean sea. All those turns are defined and the date is fixed (around 30 turns per year). For each turns, people can book up to three cabins on the boat. The price is set per cabin : Single use = 6$ |?Double use = 8$. (fake price but the % are corrects. Double = 100% and single 75%)
What I have tried so far :
1 – Set each room as a product and show for every turn 3 products (room 1 |?room 2 |?room3). As variable I have the “use” single or double.
This works but it creates way too much products. At the end I will have around 100 products.
2 – Set each turn as a product and use the room and the use as variables. This doesn’t work because i can’t manage the stock properly.
As the date are all the time fixed, I don’t think a booking plugin would be useful.
As Woocommerce ticket as to be bought for 200$ I didn’t want to try it. I’m ready to pay but I need to be sure this would be THE solution for my project.
Thanks in advance and wish you all the best for 2016!

]]>I would appreciate any feedback. This site is a volunteer (mine) effort for our sailing club. New to WordPress but enjoying it. Trying to have a usable site for about 150 members.
Using Ataluapah Theme version 3.5. Had to use WP 3.0.4 as more stable with the theme. Seems to be better for most plugins so far.
Cheers and thanks in advance,

Then I had help with my next newest site for US military only. (my contribution for the troops) This site just went up and was my first experience with ClassiPress.
With the milswap site I had a hosting site that gave me one more URL so, being an avid sailor, I thought I would strike out on my own and try a ClassiPress site with NO PAID help.
With every glitch I learn a little more. Right now I’m having problems with WP Super Cache on the older Southerncrosses site, but hope to have that solved soon.
So far so good. I’m learning a lot here from forums and professional training sites.
Thanks to everyone that has given me help along the way. And if you have a suggestion…. I’m always open for improvement!
]]>Theme is a stripped down Kubrick and comments are turned off–the Forum, when finished, will provide a means for sailors to argue. I’m not interested in moderating Comments from outsiders.
Happy to hear your suggestions and critiques,

]]>i just finished coding up a sailing site – wouldn’t mind a bit of critique… i’m still sorting out some ie6 & 7 issues, but under safari/ff/opera all seems good. if you’re running something odd and it all breaks, i’d be most appreciative if you could let me know. cheers, r.
