Salient theme – Problem with Post Loop Builder

?Hello,

I’m using Salient for years, love it, but recently I got troubles to show pages on “post loop builder”.

In “select post type” I pick “page” then try to add the Narrow data source but nothing appears. And changes I add are not made.

?Please help !

Incompatible with Salient Theme by Nectar

When this plugin is active it breaks the page builder on Salient theme by ThemeNectar. Would love to be able to keep this plugin active and not have to disable it every time I want to work on my site. Very strange conflict happening. (See video for details.)

Filtering Using Filtering Portfolio Options on Salient (with ACF maybe?)

Hi, I’m hoping someone might be able to give me some direction on how to do the following on my Salient built page. On the page that I’ve linked, I’m using the post/portfolio filtering option that Salient offers. It works great, but I want to be able to add a custom field underneath each name/title. Currently that field that you see is the name of the person in the portfolio, which is the title of the portfolio page. What I’d like to do is the following:

Under the name (title), I want to me able to add in a custom text field, which is pulled from each person’s portfolio. So in this case in particular, I want their job title to be populated under each person’s name in the filtering page.
How can I do this without rebuilding each profile from scratch?
Is using ACF (I have not used this before, so I’m unfamiliar with its capabilities) the right approach, and if so, could you give me some guidance on what I need to do. Don’t worry, I’ll research tutorials, too, but I need some general guidance on if I’m going in the right direction
If I use ACF, will I also need to use a custom filtering plugin to show the correct portfolio categories as well as the job title below each profile on a newly created filtering page, or is there a way to use the built in Salient post/portfolio filtering component to accomplish this?

Suddenly all images on my website using Salient theme and WP Bakery builder has become small.
I happened over the holidays, since everything was fine before and during the first days, but when we returned to office the images were all small.

Is this a known issue or do you know why this might have happened?

Issues with Adding Translations to Existing Pages in Polylang

Dear Polylang Team,

I am experiencing an issue with adding translations to existing pages on my WordPress website using Polylang. Here are the steps I’ve followed:

Created pages in Italian (IT).
Duplicated these pages and translated them into English (EN)
Connected the IT and EN pages using the language screen element. This worked perfectly.

Next, I:

Duplicated the IT pages and translated them into German (DE).
Connected the DE pages to the IT and EN pages using the language screen element.

However, the problem arises here:

In the DE pages, the IT and EN pages are correctly connected.
But in the IT and EN pages, the DE pages are not connected. When I try to manually add the DE pages, no suggestions appear. Even if I manually type and save them, the pages still are not associated with each other.

As a result, this issue occurs:

On the DE page (e.g., https://www.btrade.biz/de/leistungen/stahlrohstoffe/metallics/), switching to IT or EN works correctly.
On the IT page (e.g., https://www.btrade.biz/servizi/materie-prime-siderurgiche/metallics/), switching to DE redirects to the homepage instead of the corresponding DE page. Same with EN page.

Additional Information:

I am using the Salient theme.
Important plugins installed: Yoast SEO, WordFence, WP Fastest Cache.
All themes and plugins are up to date.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that all language versions are properly linked?

Multilanguage Footer using Polylang and Salient theme

I need to create a footer that shows when the customer is in english or in spanish, of course this is a multilanguage footer which shows when the user is in any of the two languages.

I’ve tried addign languages in widgets.
Also using the global section but it also did not worked, apparently polylang does not support that part.
Also some weird html’s but nothing worked.

Please give me a hand on this manner, is the last part for me to launch the website. Thanks.

Wp bkaery page builder is not working

I’m currently using the salient theme and when i try to use the wp bakery editor the page just freezes with the wp bakery logo. I’ve disabled all of my plugins and reactivated them, i’ve also deleted the wp bakery plugin and reinstalled it, update the salient plugin and i’ve also updated every thing on the backend. Could someone help with this?

Not Able to Click Menu Mobile Homepage

The drop down menu and search function appear visible on mobile and minimized screen layout, however, they do not function. They work from other pages on the website, just not the home page.

Polylang installed, logo is no longer displayed

Hello, I have built a WordPress site for a friend with a Salient theme and WPBakery for free. I installed Polylang so that I could make the site multilingual. But since then, the logo is no longer displayed in the default language, only a standard icon. If I switch to the other languages, the salient logo now appears. I have already invested hours, but I can’t find a solution. However, I have read here in the forum that there are some people who want to have a separate logo displayed for each language. Does this have anything to do with it and where can I specify that I want the same logo for all languages? I have already written to Polylang support, but they referred me back to this forum. Many thanks to the helpers.
