So I don’t need some shipping fields and I remove them like in Screen.

But after clicking on “Save Address” My page only reload, and nothing saved, no new address.
How can I fix this problem?

Unable to add feed in settings

I am trying to add a page feed in the settings. Clicking on save and apply doesn’t work and I can’t select the other headers either. If I leave a field blank the apply button sometimes says its not a valid facebook url. Using the latest version of everything and using chrome to access the site.

Hi,

i am using the page builder on all my pages but suddenly saving does not work anymore. If i make changes to a page and press update the page will just go back to its earlier stage. This really needs a fix because i can not make changes to any page now.

In firefox i get an error while trying to update a page not sure if this is from the plugin or not:

I de-activated all scripts besides the site origin page builder and tried it on twenty seventeen and still get the same problems. Also cleared my cache in the browser (tried 2 different browsers).

Hi,
I receiving this error when wants to save my two specific tables. Other tables save fine!

Saving failed: AJAX call successful, but unclear data. Try again while holding down the “Shift” key

After Shift+Save sometimes nothing happen and sometimes i receive an error about php memory limit blah blah!

Can't save the Token and CID

Please help with this issue, I can’t see the details being saved, white screen appears when I save Token and CID. When I refresh the page it shows Token and CID Fields Empty.

Focus Keyword / SEO Settings will not Update

I have the latest version of the plug-in installed on two of my word press sites. It works perfectly fine on one site but on the other I cannot set Focus Keyword, SEO Title, Meta Description, or anything for that matter and actually have it update/save.

As soon at I hit update on the page i’m working on all of the settings I just created go away like they had never been set. I’ve tried uninstalling every other plug-in I have and making sure everything is up to date, still no luck.

I know it’s not the theme because i’m using the same theme on my other website that does not have this problem. I cannot seem to find a solution so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Options not saved??

I use Tendershop (which has option-tree folder and theme-options.php file) and create my own child theme for that.

Now I need to add more custom fields for my theme and so I install 2.0.16 optiontree.

I add a very simple test field to try to see the effect. After clicking the “Save changes” the message prompt: Saved successfully. But when I scroll down and my setting did not get saved.

I refer to this thread:

and none of the solutions there solve my issue.(ini_set(‘max_input_vars’, 100000);)

So what’s wrong? And how to solve that issue?

Since I would like to keep the theme updated, it would not be a good idea to change option-tree content inside parent theme folder.

Everything seems to work perfect till yesterday with this great plugin. Suddenly, after upgrade to 3.5.1, booking page says : Booking could not be created: There was a problem saving the booking. How to troubleshoot this ?
